This is not a win at all, lets see the ruling on the courts judgement web page for it to state dismissed.

Just because a judge recuses himself or orders a recess does not mean a automatic win.

I got court transcripts that would decimate this supposed win, not only that it is a 14 year old movie.

Provincial Courts do not have the jurisdiction and will not recognize and "freeman of the land" type argument also since it was in 2010, which is 2 years before the Mead v Mead case that set the OPCA moniker by Associate Chief Justice J.D. Rooke.

You would have to argue the case in the appeals court by getting them to issue a Writ of Certiori or push it up there yourself.

Notice how there is no follow up evidence of it being dismissed.... also the judge didn't bow to the dude, he bowed to the clerk, since they are the ones who are actually in control of the court.
