Reality is what we feel
And how we interpret those feelings
It is a complex symphony of perceptions
We merge our reality with other peoples reality creating new ones
Our attention is what creates our reality
Do not focus on negative realities
Do not make them your reality by giving them your attention
The foundation of our existence
Is the image we have of ourselves
Our experience is a reflection of our self image
See yourself in a new light
And you automatically change the course of your future
Your attitude has a significant impact on the trajectory of your life
Do not have a limited perception of yourself
Recognize your creative power
Focus on yourself in a positive manner
Accept all your quirks
And do not be in resistance to them
Feel all your emotions
Do not reject them
Be thankful for them and move on to a desirable state
When we accept the worst case scenario
We realize that our energy was previously wasted in fighting against it
Focus on what you want
And reality will reconfigure itself in response
Center yourself by being comfortable with who you are
And about how you feel
You do not have to prove anything to anybody
Confidence is not about perfection
It is about accepting your flaws
And turning them into your strength
Confidence is about embracing the imperfect you
