Mysterious “Norway Spiral” Joined By Musk Dire Warning “Groundwork Laid For Something Worse Than 9-11”

A classified at the highest-level “Of Special Importance” new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin assessing: “The United States was unable to manage the responsibility of being the world’s only superpower after the Cold War ended...I believe that the United States has failed to handle the burden of responsibility that fell on its shoulders”, says this assessment was joined by the unbelievable news: “The US government is considering tapping the US Army budget to provide Ukraine with much-needed military aid”—all of which was followed by radical socialist Biden Regime climate czar John Kerry proclaiming like a madman: “If Russia wanted to show good faith, they could go out and announce what their reductions are going to be and make a greater effort to reduce emissions now...Maybe that would open up the door for people to feel better about what Russia is choosing to do at this point in time”.

With the first section of this classified at the level transcript noting 700,000 soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces have disappeared, the next section reveals that the socialist Biden Regime admitted to secretly flying 320,000 illegal migrants into America from countries it won't name and refuses to say where they are—it next notes that Louisiana became the 28^th State to enact a constitutional-carry law for concealed firearms on 5 March—it also notes South Carolina became the 29^th State to enact a constitutional-carry law for conceraled weapons on the day after on 6 March—it then notes that New York State suddenly deployed 1,000 National Guard troops and State Police forces to the New York City subway system on 6 March—as to why all of these events are linked isn’t known, but this section concludes by noting Elon Musk posted the cryptic 5 March warning: “This administration is both importing voters and creating a national security threat from unvetted illegal immigrants...It is highly probable that the groundwork is being laid for something far worse than 9/11...Just a matter of time”.

The next section of this classified at the highest level transcript notes that Elon Musk met with President Trump on 3 March, and posted his cryptic “the groundwork is being laid for something far worse than 9/11” warning shortly after mysterious white spirals were spotted in the skies above Norway, Iceland and Greenland on 5 March at 2 A.M.—and this section concludes with numerous references to the links between President Trump and one of histories greatest geniuses Nikola Tesla.

The next section of this classified at the highest level transcript notes that the mysterious spirals appearing in the skies over Norway, Iceland and Greenland on 5 March were said caused by a rocket launched by Elon Musk’s company Space X—the mysterious spiral appearing in the skies over Alaska last year were also blamed on a Space X rocket—but a Russian rocket was blamed in 2009 when a spiral appeared over Norway.

Russia has long maintained that these mysterious spirals are caused by the American weather modification and earthquake weapon High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP), which is “the most powerful ionosphere heater on Earth” created with Nikola Tesla technology, and about which the 8 August 2002 document prepared for the State Duma by top Russian scientific experts warned:

The significance of this qualitative leap could be compared to the transition from cold steel to fire arms, or from conventional weapons to nuclear weapons.

This new type of weapons differs from previous types in that the near-Earth medium becomes at once an object of direct influence and its component.

The U.S. is planning to test three facilities of this kind.

One of them is located on the military testing ground in Alaska and its full-scale tests are to begin in early 2003. The second one is in Greenland and the third one in Norway.

When these facilities are launched into space from Norway, Alaska and Greenland, a closed contour will be created with a truly fantastic integral potential for influencing the near-Earth medium.
