Two Wars Broke America—Biden “Tiger Team” Will Finish It Off

A beyond foreboding new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev most factually observed this morning: “What is happening in Ukraine is a special case...This does not mean expanding the borders of our state, the Russian Federation, by the effective occupation method...Our actions are a forced but quite an effective response to the Russophobic policy by the Banderite regime and the collective West and its desire to destroy our statehood, undermine independence and sovereignty”, says he then defiantly declared to the socialist Western colonial powers: “One of the former Ukrainian leaders said once that Ukraine was not Russia...This concept must disappear forever...Ukraine certainly is Russia...There must be no more attempts to ignore Russian public opinion...It rightfully regards Ukraine and its population as part of our all-Russian civilization...Had Ukraine escaped the stupidest trap set by the United States and its allies in order to counter our country with Ukraine’s assistance and use this very anti-Russia entity, things might have been different...Had there been no jeering thieves, political doormats and blushful neo-Nazis in the Ukrainian leadership, history could have gone a different way...Had the Kiev ringleaders fulfilled the realistic conditions of the Minsk Agreements at some point, then, perhaps, there would have been no need for the special military operation, as our president has rightly observed”.

Earlier today, this report notes, tens-of-thousands of NATO bloc armored forces with hundreds of fighter aircraft began their Nordic Response 2024 war exercise planed for 4-15 March on the northern borders of Russia, that were joined by Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko warning: “The military is monitoring them; all necessary means are available...Our political stance is well-known: We think that these drills are of a demonstrative and provocative nature...Any military exercise, especially near the line of engagement, increases the risks of military incidents...So from the point of view of ensuring Russia’s defense capability, all necessary measures are being taken...All of this activity is further weakening European security, creating additional risks in northern Europe”.

Also earlier today, this report continues, German Ambassador Alexander Lambsdorff to Moscow arrived at the Foreign Ministry after he was summoned to answer urgent questions as to why German Luftwaffe generals were caught on a leaked audio plotting attacks against Russia using long-range missiles—German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius announced today: “The officers were doing what they were here to do: they were thinking about different scenarios, without making plans in any way...There should be no doubt: this did not and does not mean a green light for the use of Taurus missiles — neither from Chancellor Olaf Scholz nor from me...There are no final results of the probe yet...I expect them to appear within the first few days of next week”—and Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova gravely warned about Germany: “They, as we now understand, have not been fully denazified ... The most monstrous thing is that this will lead — and this is a fact, you can check — first of all, to dire consequences for Germany itself, if nothing is done, if this process is not stopped by the German people themselves”.

As the apocalyptic storm clouds of World War III rapidly gather on the global horizon, this report details, what the late President Richard Nixon branded as the “Media Elitist Complex” is now subtly preparing the American peoples for war like they did during the lead up to the Vietnam War—and exactly like when the corrupt South Vietnam government began to collapse after repeated North Vietnam battlefield advances and it couldn't find anymore people willing to die to defend it, which Democrat Party socialist leader President Lyndon Johnson used to justify sending hundreds-of-thousands of American troops into this failed war, the leftist Washington Post, in its just released article “Zelensky In Bind Over How To Draft More Troops As Russian Forces Advance”, revealed: “Even as he promises international partners that Ukraine will handle the fighting if given needed weapons and other support, President Volodymyr Zelensky and his top military commanders have failed so far to come up with a clear plan to conscript or recruit many thousands of new soldiers critically needed to defend against Russia’s continuing attacks...Zelensky’s inability to forge a political consensus on a mobilization strategy — despite months of warnings about a severe shortage of qualified troops on the front — has fueled deep divisions in Ukraine’s parliament and more broadly in Ukrainian society...It has left the military relying on a hodgepodge of recruiting efforts and sown panic among fighting-age men, some of whom have gone into hiding, worried that they will be drafted into an ill-equipped army and sent to certain death given that aid for Ukraine remains stalled in Washington”.

With the CIA having secretly masterminded the failed Vietnam War, and publicly assassinated President John Kennedy when he tried to end it, this report notes, it was no surprise to see the leftist New York Times article “The Spy War: How the C.I.A. Secretly Helps Ukraine Fight Putin” appear last week, wherein it revealed: “For more than a decade, the United States has nurtured a secret intelligence partnership with Ukraine that is now critical for both countries in countering Russia”--a revelation joined today by the leftist New York Times article “Nuclear War Is Called Unimaginable, It's Not Imagined Enough”, wherein it beyond chillingly documents:

Just four days after Russia launched its invasion of Ukraine, the Biden administration directed a small group of experts and strategists, a “Tiger Team”, to devise a new nuclear “playbook” of contingency plans and responses.

Pulling in experts from the intelligence, military and policy fields, they pored over years-old emergency preparedness plans, weapon-effects modeling and escalation scenarios, dusting off materials that in the age of counterterrorism and cyberwarfare were long believed to have faded into irrelevance.

The playbook, which was coordinated by the National Security Council, now sits in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building, next to the West Wing of the White House. It has a newly updated, detailed menu of diplomatic and military options for President Biden — and any future president — to act upon if a nuclear attack occurs in Ukraine.

At the heart of all of this work is a chilling conclusion: The possibility of a nuclear strike, once inconceivable in modern conflict, is more likely now than at any other time since the Cold War.

Among those knowing how close the United States is to being finished off in an apocalyptic nuclear war, this report concludes, is world-renowned American military tactician Harlan Ullman Ph.D., a senior advisor to multiple global leaders and is the principal author of the doctrine of “shock and awe” that was a product of the National Defense University of the United States, and who, in his just released open letter “The Two Wars That Broke America”, warningly assessed:

The mood in America is bitter.

Hyper-partisanship has sabotaged governance and government. Extremes of left and right have infected politics and turned citizens against each other on virtually every issue.

Anger and resentment now inform what passes for political dialogue.

How did the U.S. arrive at a condition where more than 70 percent of the public does not want either of the two likely presidential candidates on the ballot? About the same number are dissatisfied or very dissatisfied with the state of the nation.

The answer rests in two wars that broke America.

The first was Vietnam. Sixty years ago this August, Congress passed the Tonkin Gulf Resolution with only two dissenting votes that committed the nation to war. At that point, more Americans believed and trusted in the government and largely supported it.

That figure has reversed since the Vietnam War. Both Democratic and Republican administrations lied about the war beginning with the Tonkin Gulf crisis, in which North Vietnamese boats did not attack two U.S. Navy destroyers operating in international waters, as had been alleged.

The fall of Saigon in April 1975 marked the ignominious defeat of the world’s most powerful and technologically advanced military by a peasant and guerrilla army that won through perseverance, ingenuity and willpower. The assassinations of Robert Kennedy and Martin Luther King, Watergate, a weak Carter presidency and violence over racial issues were contributors.

But what formed the trigger for the political nuclear ingredients that would ultimately explode was the second Iraq War, launched in March 2003 and rationalized on another set of falsehoods and lies.

Not long after Sept. 11, 2001, the George W. Bush administration began planning for an invasion of Iraq. The focus shifted from the failed assault on Afghanistan to capturing or killing Osama bin Laden and destroying al Qaeda to ending the regime of Iraq’s Saddam Hussein.

The argument was to alter the geostrategic landscape of the greater Middle East by imposing democracy on Iraq that would expand to other non-democratic states. In the process, Israel’s security would be guaranteed permanently as Arab/Islamic autocracies and monarchies would be replaced by democratic governments.

The casus belli would be Saddam’s weapons of mass destruction that Bush’s national security advisor, Condoleezza Rice, predicted could lead to a “mushroom cloud” bursting over American cities. Except, just as North Vietnam never attacked the U.S. destroyers, Iraq did not have any weapons of mass destruction.

But the damage would be irreversible.

Bush’s doctrine profoundly changed the geostrategic landscape of the Middle East and the rest of the world — for the worse. The failed Iraq occupation tainted the Obama administration and the unsuccessful nation-building effort in Afghanistan provided new life to the Taliban. These tensions contributed to the drastic decline in U.S.-Russian relations.

As a consequence, American credibility and competence dissolved at home and internationally.

Concurrently, anger over growing inequality between rich and poor, the failure to govern, the rise of populism and the emergence of extremism on both ends of the political spectrum helped Donald Trump defeat Hillary Clinton in 2016. As president and after, Trump turned the Republican Party into the party of Trump.

The upshot is that today, the political divisions in America have become practically irreversible.

Congress’s inability to pass sensible laws and even a budget is unconscionable. One presidential candidate has been charged with 91 indictments and the other is seen as too old and feeble to govern. These are symptoms of why America has become broken. And the $34 trillion debt brings adds new meaning to being broke.

What to do? Unless the political center takes hold in both parties and restrains the excesses of the left and the right, the nation’s course is tragically predictable.

What is needed is for a few good men and women to come to the aid of their country.
