Guess it depends on who you ask. The Other day , was riding in my car with a friend. ...had just seen that a group of baboons was called a congress on BeforeIt'sNews.com. She and I both agreed that this was the correct name. Today, I googled name of a group of baboons and got troop.... But the fact WRITERS missed one . (see below)
