It can be rough for sure and constant stress leaves many of us fighting for our lives. You were the one that brought the MTHFR gene to my attention and I thank you for that big time! My Lyme literate doc knew about it as well and as long as I'm on my vitamins things are OK if not placed under physical or emotional stress.

A big spray of pesticides will hit me really hard and I lose about 3 months. Ongoing emotional stress is even worse and can take me out of wanting to live for a year or more, just existing basically as I do my best to heal.

Those with severe effects from the COVID jabs are seeing something similar to what we have seen/felt/lived through for decades. It is doable but it is at times very difficult.
