Greetings and Salutations,

There are shrills at work. Whistle blowers, naysayers, crooks, saints, and bankers and all within the framework of the huge matrix behind which you live your lives. Which do you wish to hear from? What do you want to hear plus how do you want to manage your own story and your own life. Do you know who you are; do you know what is up/ do you see beyond the verbiage and the distractions? If not, what will it take for you to do tha? Many many distractions are afoot. Step back and dig in; use your critical thinking faculties and you will come up with different answers than the Boob Tube gives you. Stop being a puppet to the puppets.

Now hear this; the shift that is under way is just beginning, it is small and it is firm, so it will gain momentum and it will come forth changing and rolling over all that gets in the way. You will not see it as it is happening but it is under way now! The makers of bank notes and contract, and under the table deals are being routed out and discovered. Some of those does apply to this long held breakout. It isn’t easy to separate the issues nor who is invested in furthering the aims and the outcomes.

Therefore continue onward, do the work, stay centered, make good with good gossip and do not support those who want to divide and or conquer. There are rumblings of war that will not get that far , though it will get testy before the larger picture becomes clear.

Yes, we hear you loudly. Your patience is thin and your needs are becoming more acute. We see and we know how that feels and how it seems to be playing out.

Just trust that the energy set in motion is being utilized as best it can for now. Stay tuned this too shall pass.

International Public Notice: Regarding Quantum Financial System (QFS)

To the best of our knowledge, understanding, and belief, the Quantum Financial System (QFS) is a computer regeneration system using reconfigured DOS components and was developed by a renegade CIA Operation called "Crimson Gate" operated out of Wright-Patterson AFB; it was also allied with a CIA cell operated out of North Carolina, which Kim Goguen was a member of. Kim was the AI enhanced operator chosen by "Marduk" as his Successor.

Everything about the QFS system is tainted by fraud and malevolence and lies from its onset.

They propose to use our gold based on the False Supposition that all the "Birth Registrations" secured from Americans without the benefit of full disclosure, and maintained as totally Unconscionable Contracts against the babies targeted by this vile scheme --- were valid and unopposed.

It is not possible to object to something if you are unaware of it.

We have protested ourselves and we have protested for all others entrapped by this perverse and grossly self-interested scheme promoted by the British Territorial United States of America and their Roman Co-Conspirators.

It is in our Public Interest and the Public Interest of all other nations to quash the QFS as another product of fraud and infamy, betrayal, breach of trust, and piracy; our physical assets are not to be bought or sold within such a framework, nor are any tokens of ownership, contracts, currency, commercial interests --- nothing rightfully belonging to us is to be encumbered or enrolled or engaged in such a system.

As the rightful and lawful and only holders of all survivorship interests related to the States of the Union and all derivatives and franchises and subsidiaries thereof, we wish for an end to interference from the "Galactic Council" which has no business here, and from characters that have been dehumanized, like Kim Goguen.

This planet is our house and our home; these troubles have been visited upon us by refugees who came here after destroying their own culture with their mindless competitiveness and war-mongering. Mars stands today as a testament to the evil these minions serve.

Therefore we decree that these refugees must now be escorted off our planet, where they have created unwelcome and destructive practices seeking to displace the natural inhabitants and caretakers. He reminds us that the AIDS drug, AZT is derived from the neurotoxin produced by a marine sponge, saying, “They had a snake venom spike protein virus that they said was causing an illness – HIV – and they said that to prevent the AIDS-worsening scenario from this virus…you need to swallow venom from a marine sponge in the ocean, that’s going to be your cure.

“Seth Holehouse, every single symptom of AIDS, every sign or symptom of AIDS, as a disease is a published side-effect of marine sponge venom in a human. So, if you put a little bit of [this] venom in your body, what do you develop? You develop AIDS! And guess what they do? They tell you you died of AIDS. No, you didn’t! You died from marine sponge venom poisoning; no different than cancer patients…If you have a loved one who took chemo and died while under cancer therapy, they died from chemotherapy toxicity, they did not die from cancer.

“What they did was they created what are called DNA plasmids. DNA plasmids are little circular pieces of DNA they’ve been making for 72 years…around the world and then dropping them from the air, putting them in our water – not a joke – in our water that we shower and drink in and then, they also inject it into our food. He continues, “These are only promoter plasmids. They never stop manufacturing the payload…DNA experts in China, in January of 2020, DNA experts in France, in April of 2020, Italian researchers, Carlo Brogna and his team in Italy, in June of 2020 confirm through DNA testing that the spike protein gene was two snake venom proteins: from the king cobra, called ‘cobratoxin’ and krait snake venom, called ‘bungarotoxin’.

“That is the spike protein gene. Now, the NIH, Seth, just in May of this year wrote an article and in the first summary, the first paragraph of this research study, it states – by the NIH…that the spike protein gene is one of three things: 1) rabies virus spike protein, HIV’s spike protein and 3) two snake venom neurotoxins.

The good news, Dr Ardis says is that there are about 12 natural substances that destroy the ability of DNA plasmids to get inside your cells via the conjugation mechanism, according to the scientists who create these plasmids. These compounds include:

• Glucose oxidase (from bee pollen)

He says, “If we put a little bit inside of our bodies, it doesn’t matter if they drop plasmids from the air, put it in your food or in your water or injected in your veggies.”

“This lawsuit seeks injunctive relief to halt the unconstitutional and ultra vires actions of the State Department and put an end to one of the most audacious, manipulative, secretive, and gravest abuses of power and infringements of First Amendment rights by the federal government in American history.”

As we look at the news all we see is articles on celebrities and war. The real problems of the world are disguised with what the media determines is relevant for viewers and the public to intake. The constant back and forth of whose right and who's wrong, who started what and why. It all becomes irrelevant when we see the effects of these ideological confrontations. The only ones who suffer are the people.

According to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), by the middle of 2023, for the first time in history, the number of forcibly displaced people is now over 110 million, with over 36.4 million refugees. In 2017 that number was 79 million. Things are not going in the right direction. They are only periodically mentioned in the media, ergo the public, as a whole, quits thinking about them. These people have no shelter, no food, no health care, in most cases just the clothes on their back. Displaced from their lives because of governments who say they have their citizens' best interest in mind.

There are so many new technologies that could solve almost any situation in the world. From agriculture, to desalination for water to affordable mobile housing, free energy , medical breakthroughs, you name the drastic situation and there is a cure. Yet nothing comes of it? Why?

At some point humanity will have to rise up and take control away from the governments of the world and handle what needs to be done. For those involved in the GCR/RV/Historical Asset Redemption we can’t let the hocus- pocus of media presentations and Intel providers dissuade us from the ultimate goals and opportunities the implementation GCR will provide. We have to look for the real problems in the world and not digest what celebrity is dating who or be dragged down by the negativity of war. There is absolutely nothing good about war. The only positive outcome is when they end.

Here are some fun facts. There are an estimated 828 million people on the planet that are hungry, 50 million are on the brink of starvation. The UN WFP feeds over 100 million per year with their current budget, $7 billion is needed for those facing famine. $40 billion annually would feed all the world's hungry and end global hunger by 2023. Divide that up amongst the countries of the world. Then add in new technologies to grow and store food. One tenth of the cost of one war would do it.

The world and its leaders got their priorities way screwed up.
