Judge Howard C Nielson, Jr. had scheduled a hearing on Thursday January 8, 2024 to address matters before the court, following a filing from Ken Cromar and the filing of an Amicus Curiae (Friend of the Court Brief) and Affidavit of Misprision and Criminal Referral to JAG, which put into the court records the documents that Judge Christine Johnson refused, under the color of law [pretense], to accept because they were not filed by a BAR licensed attorney. Most notably being the Motion to Dismiss filed by the IRS and the Court Order from the US Tax Court and the Commissioner of the IRS, Charles Rettig, dated in May of 2021 admitting that the Cromars DID NOT and NEVER DID OWE ANY TAXES for the tax years 1990 through 2020.
I was informed this morning that the hearing, scheduled for January 9, 2024, has been placed on hold by Judge Nielson for about two weeks to allow for subpoenas to be filed for the appearance of the IRS Auctioneer and other individuals who have played an active role in the orchestrated theft of the Cromar home, along with others who have participated in the collusion to deny the Cromars of their, GOD Given, Constitutional Rights.
According to the DOJ a federal grand jury, whose requested evidence (Discovery) has been refused to be turned over to Ken Cromar by Mark Woolf the Prosecutor in the alleged case against Cromar, charged Ken Cromar with tax evasion, obstructing the IRS and forcibly retaking property that had been seized by the government to pay his outstanding tax debt; even though the Cromars have spent the last six years trying to defend themselves and protect their home and castle, while seeking justice from a corrupt Department of Justice. These charges are the exact same allegations the Cromars have been fighting, which started in Federal Court under Judge Robert J. Shelby and somehow ended up in the Fourth District Court in Utah County under Judge Christine Johnson without Judge Shelby’s permission. However, the new indictment now states that Ken Cromar has caused a total tax loss to the IRS of $1,174,201.91. Sure, appears to be a matter of double jeopardy to me!

Prosecutor Mark Woolf had indicated that he was quitting and stepping down from the prosecution of Ken Cromar after Cromar had filed ethics complaints against Woolf with the Utah and Washington State BAR Associations. A Special Prosecutor from Washington DC was being assigned to replace Mark Woolf. So, why is Prosecutor Woolf refusing to turn over the Grand Jury Evidence? Is it possible that there might not have been a Grand Jury after all? What are they trying to hide, if the case against Barbie & Ken is all on the up and up?
I was also informed today that Mark Woolf met with Ken Cromar to address the five (new) charges against Cromar:
1. False documents submitted to the IRS.
2. Attempting to stop an IRS seizure and sale. Meredith Havekost is quoted as saying something like, “They took up arms and ammunition at the auction to stop this auction!” (The entire auction was captured on video so that statement will be easily disproven.)
3. Making baseless claims.
4. Filing frivolous lawsuits against IRS employees.
5. Between April and September 2020 did forcibly rescue and cause to be rescue a seized property.
Mr. Woolf told Ken Cromar that if Ken would plead guilty to Count 1 that they would drop Counts 2 & 3. That is a rather interesting offer because Mr. Woolf is attempting to impeach/remove the IRS ruling that the Cromars DID NOT and NEVER DID OWE ANY TAXES. WOW – how subtle is that? Of course, Woolf also had to change the charges stated in the DOJ’s press release because they were the same charges the Cromars were on trial for in the Fourth District Court in Provo Utah. Another, not so subtle, attempt to get around double jeopardy. – It’s still double jeopardy!
Reading between the line, it looks to me like the Special Prosecutor from Washington DC has read the court documents, including the Friend of the Court Brief and Affidavit of Misprision and Criminal Referral to JAG and has simply told Mark Woolf and the others to “Clean up our own mess”!
Enough is Enough! Justice Demands that the claims against the Cromars be dismissed and that the guilty be held to account for the violations of their Oaths of Office.
