SECOND AMENDMENT LAW EXECUTION ORDER.
UNRESTRICTED POSSESSION AND USE OF ALL ARMS

Second Amendment, the Supreme Law.
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

INFRINGED DEFINED.The act of violating, breaking, going against the law, breaching contract obligations for honest public services, or denying access to reserved rights by operations affecting the Supreme Law.

Sovereign People’s definitions contained in the Constitutions We Created, are Controlling nunc pro tunc. ARMS: means all tools of any sort that may be employed for self executed protection of Life, Liberty, Property and supervising Honest Government operations.
One man armed with the law is the complete Army of one.

To Whom Theses Presents Come, Before the World:
Particularly American governments public servants promising under personal Fidelity Bonds to honor, recognize and enforce the Bill of Rights as written, full faith and credit public record, the Supreme Law of the Land.

I, , Declare, that I, , am a Beneficiary of the Supreme Laws of the Land, owed full access to and protection of the Laws found at the People’s States United, Constitutions Declaration of Rights and the national Bill of Rights, at all times in all circumstances on all venues captured by the United States of America.

I, , DECLARE I am a beneficiary of the Second Amendment and I have never knowingly, intentionally after full disclosure of the facts of law WAIVED any of my secured by Law rights. There is no public record memorializing I waived any rights and any one of any position whatsoever claiming I did is a lier who is personally liable for their actions without recourse. Those public servants claiming I, , am subject to government control with out proof of my consent to be governed by a specific statute, are deemed to be either attempting to entice me into involuntary servitude, or, when force of alleged law is applied to me, will be creating judgement ratified by public record proving SLAVERY.

There is no authority or power granted by the People in our constructions of governments, for any government act or actor to, RULE OVER or CONVERT RIGHTS RESERVED BY THE PEOPLE to mere privilege granted to regulated subjects to be managed as human capital through governments operations. SLAVERY in fact and deed.

Proof of fact is the Constitutions, particularly the legislative sections, that do not identify the American People as personally subject to legislative control, nor are the Declaration of Rights at the state level, and Bill of Rights at the national level identified as being subject matter over which governments legislative authority exists.

No court in the land can manufacture jurisdiction of either the subject matter or personal jurisdiction over individual Americans, based on a case or controversy brought by any one or government constructed entity.

Courts constructions of application of the powers or authorities assigned by We the People via our constitutions, are not recognized by the People’s Supreme Law as holding powers to interpret the constitutions for We the People. All court constructions touching the Supreme Law are limited to application over public servants and government constructed or regulated entities or positions.

The constitutions do not recognize public servants, no matter their office or official position, as being granted authority over the People’s Constitutions in any manner what so ever.

Thus, governments have no subject matter or personal jurisdiction over any Americans or our access to the Supreme Law of the Second Amendment

When any public servant acts upon an American with out identifying the jurisdiction to do so, fully disclosing all relevant material facts and law as absolutely required by law to be presented, with or with out demand, that servant becomes a felon engaging in open sedition, over throw, the Supreme Law, selling the illusion that I, , am a government subject/SLAVE with out rights.

I, , Declare, that any public servant, or actor operating under claimed government powers, that TRESPASSES on my right to access, demand and receive full protection of the Supreme Laws of the People, is operating in BREACH OF CONTRACT, embezzling public funds or powers for their own use and benefit, a CONVERSION, the crime of depriving me of the right to honest services, a federal felony covered by statute is found by reference to Title 18 United States Code 1346. A personal TORT!

The People’s governments are concepts expressed in writing, which created the mandatory law of consent of the governed, which means governments as simple words on paper can never do harm to any American, lie, cheat, steal, mislead or commit any crime whatsoever. ONLY live members of mankind in service to or under franchise of governments, can commit crimes under disguise of legitimate government operations. The records created by public servants and government sanctioned operations are the proof of fact and law ratifying honorable and lawful operations, or, establish intent to commit TORTS and crimes. This public record fact is PROVED by the public records being absolutely naked of me being personally advised of ALL reserved rights under the Supreme Law of the Land.

I, , Declare, that any live person operating under any franchise, license or construction of legal personality regulated by any government that fails or refuses to recognize my reserved rights declared for all time as Supreme Law of The Land is committing both TORT and a crime for which the individual re-presenting the government or franchised entity is personally and unconditionally liable to me.

I, , Declare, that the Law of the Second Amendment is a Supreme Law of the Land, as written, and no government constructed nor any servant to the People’s governments created by We the People is empowered in any manner whatsoever with power or authority to Rule Over, the Supreme Law of the People under any government authorized process or procedure whatsoever.

We the People created governments to serve and protect us. Those governments are the administrators of the the People’s powers. Thus, the ADMINISTRATIVE STATE, is subject to and bound by the People’s Original Jurisdictions created by our constitutions. It matters not what any public servant said or says about the constitutions, the one they promised to serve, EVER. Because, paid servants or contractors engaged in service to governments, are not empowered under the terms of service to alter, amend, change, or reconstruct in any manner whatsoever the constitution each promised to serve.

Any one claiming this finding of fact conclusion if law is in any manner defective or challengeable is acting in treachery, revolt, mutiny, insurgency, subversion , sabotage, attempting overthrow, the acts of subversion, undermining and weakening the power of the Supreme Laws, the Supreme Laws effectiveness and compromising the institutions of legitimate government.

The annexed as fully incorporated ‘ Sovereigns Finding of Fact Conclusion of Law Order’ defines the legal relationship between Me , and all public servants. Recognize and comply with the law, or not, is the choice defining honest public servants or malefactor, intentional lawbreaker disguised by operation of color of law.

Further any public servant advocating limitations upon the Second Amendment Supreme Law is a form of subversion intended to destabilize, delegitimize, the Supreme Law, carried out in a deceptive manner obviously intended to erode the the foundations of the Rule of Law, for purposes of subjugation of the American People for their own benefit, a CONVERSION. That personal benefit is operated in a conspiracy operated under the principles and mechanisms of MALVERSATION.

MALVERSATION is defined as corruption in an office, trust, commission, administrative duty, applied particularly to the functions of public servants of every level of government operations, which is exposed by public records created by the individual public servants recorded public acts.

I, , Declare, that any and every public servant or government franchised legal personality construction, under any operation of commerce, law, or regulation that refuses or fails to honor, and provide me the full benefits and protections of the Supreme Law, my Declarations herein and herewith, is, either enticing me into Involuntary Servitude or practicing SLAVERY over me, illegally disguised as lawful government or illegally constructed legislative process or powers.

C. I am the only live man, a member of mankind, one of Natures God creations living in accord with the Laws of Nature, a Freeman, competent to define myself before the world as one of We the People identified in the Declaration of Independence.

F. Public servants correcting mistakes and doing so on public records, execute grace for themselves which is required to be recognized by We the People, which invokes the Sovereigns protection for honest public servants.

Govern yourselves accordingly while passing judgement on your selves on open public records memorializing our transactions. .

Any public servant or government constructed and regulated entity of any type or kind choosing to not recognize a Sovereigns License to apply and execute the law will be operating OUT SIDE THE SUPREME LAW and challenging there employers or franchisers Supreme Law which each is paid on promise to serve or receives benefit from.
