Today at 11 a.m. in U.S. District Court before Trump appointed judge, Howard C. Nielson, Jr., the “Goliath” Assistant U.S. Attorney Mark E. Woolf stepped down from the case as lead counsel! WHAT?! The guy who convinced the allegedly lawful “grand jury” (still not proven) has walked away from his own case against me? Why? Have you ever heard of such a thing? I have not.

I guess the U.S. Assistant Attorney Prosecutor didn’t like my two complaint letters shared with the Utah and Washington State Bar Associations, which reminded him of his duty regarding “the prosecutor’s heightened duty of candor”. Yes! That is a HUGE win! This is one more big step through our miraculously parted “Red Sea” leading to the other side and my freedom. Your prayers are working. Thanks, but don’t stop now.

Judge Howard C. Nielson, Jr. seems to be what we hoped he’d be, an honest and honorable man, in pursuit of justice.

In court I presented a list of six “needs” before I could be ready to go to trial. Long story short, we will soon have at least two new pre-trial hearings; one on our “Motion to Dismiss,” and the second on our “Writ of Mandamus Evidentiary Hearing” regarding the allegedly “honest” secret grand jury. Judge Nielson even agreed to consider a third hearing if we file a motion asking the court to reconsider a pre-trial release from jail for me so that I can have access to my records, “papers and effects”, and evidence, so I can properly prepare my defense for trial-- if the prosecution for the U.S.A.’s case doesn’t fully implode and collapse on its own by then.

Hallelujah! Our God is a great and awesome Lord. He has heard our prayers. The miracles are stacking up one at a time. Each miracle represents another step on the pathway through the “Red Sea” leading to the Lord’s victory over “Pharoah’s” IRS and to safety and freedom.
