Biden Faces Civil War After Half Of American States Rally To Trump In Defense Of Texas

A forewarning new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin commended the privileged strategic partnership with India as he congratulated Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Republic Day in a telegram message, says this joined Agriculture Minister Dmitry Patrushev announcing: “Russia raked in record earnings from agricultural exports last year...The production indicators have allowed Russia to reaffirm its status as a net exporter of agricultural products”—and in the latest example of socialist Biden Regime rage because it’s unable to stop Russian global agricultural power, the Russian Embassy in Washington issued the statement: “We would once again like to draw the attention of the public and the media to the destructive practices of the US authorities in restricting official travel of the Russian Embassy within the territory of the United States...Another flagrant case happened recently - the ban on the participation of our diplomats in the meeting of the International Grains Council on January 24 in New Orleans...With such an act, the United States clearly demonstrated that it is ready to violate its obligations as the host country of multilateral meetings”.

With the socialist Biden Regime having deliberately ignited its failed proxy war against Russia using its corrupt puppet state Ukraine in order to cut its socialist European Union allies off from cheap Russian natural gas shipped via pipelines so they have to depend on outrageously expensive American liquefied natural gas shipped across the Atlantic Ocean, this report notes, Politico revealed this morning: “The Biden administration announced a freeze Friday on new export permits for natural gas while it studies their impact on climate change — despite those exports’ role in bolstering the U.S. economy and Washington’s influence in Europe”, which was quickly followed by articles appearing like “White House Halts Enormous Natural Gas Projects In Victory For Environmentalists”—and for those socialist European Union nations depending on cheap Russian natural gas flowing to them from pipelines in Ukraine, yesterday it saw Ukrainian Prime Minister Denis Shmygal proclaiming: “The position of the Ukrainian side is unambiguous: the transit contract expires at the end of the year, we are not going to talk to the Russians and renew the agreement”.

Yesterday, this report continues, the influential socialist Western colonial publication Business Insider guiding economic policy makers released its article “NATO Vastly Underestimated Russia's Ability To Resupply Its Army With Troops And Ammo”, wherein it revealed: “NATO has significantly underestimated Russia's capacity to replenish its armed forces with personnel and ammunition...Contrary to earlier predictions, Russia can now produce several million artillery shells a year and recruit hundreds of thousands of soldiers”—is a revelation not at all surprising to Supreme Commander of the German Army Lieutenant-General Alfons Mais, who warned his NATO member allies in July-2022: “Russian resources, like the resources of the Russian army, are practically inexhaustible...Many underestimate the Russian Armed Forces...This cannot be done”—all of which was joined by Director Sergey Naryshkin of the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) assessing: “Western capitals are now trying to drum up public support by hyping up the phantom threat of a Russian invasion of NATO...Polls have made it clear that the population of these countries is simply tired of the Ukrainian crisis...Few people believe in the possibility of achieving victory over Russia...Those who wish to continue the simply colossal financial assistance to President Vladimir Zelensky’s gang are fewer still...And no one understands why the citizens of Western countries must suffer for this”.

Still trying to obtain “simply colossal financial assistance” for the defeated and corrupt Ukraine Nazi Regime while its own citizens suffer, this report details, is Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden, who is attempting to ram through the United States Congress a demented bill that gives Ukraine tens-of-billions of dollars using the charade it will also protect the under invasion American southern border—about which it was just reported: “A senior aide to House Majority Leader Steve Scalise (R-La.) told a group of Senate Republican chiefs of staff Thursday that a border security deal that is being put together with Democrats in the Senate has no chance of passing the House” and revealed: “GOP supporters of aid to Ukraine are beginning to look for a Plan B as they come to grips with the reality that Senate legislation to boost border security and deal with a host of foreign crises is dead in the House”.

Late last evening, this report notes, the Washington based intelligence publication Just The News released its article “FBI Luminaries Starkly Warn Congress That U.S. Being Invaded At Border: ‘Alarming And Perilous’”, wherein it beyond chillingly revealed: “With a constitutional crisis brewing in Texas and voters nationwide alarmed by the toll of illegal immigration, some of the FBI’s most famous retired executives are issuing a stark warning to Congress that President Joe Biden’s border policies have unleashed an “invasion” of military-aged male foreigners who pose “one of the most pernicious ever” threats to American security”—a chilling revelation joined by an illegal after crossing the American southern border warningly proclaiming: “Soon you will know who I am”, and whom many have identified as being feared Islamic terrorist leader Movsum Samadov.

While facing “one of the most pernicious ever threats to American security”, this report continues, yesterday it saw Texas Governor Greg Abbott invoking Article 1 Section 10 of the United States Constitution to protect his State against the invasion unleashed by Socialist Leader Biden—is an “invasion of military-aged male foreigners” causing 51 counties in Texas to issue emergency disaster declarations—Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton declared his State “won’t comply” with any orders issued by the socialist Biden Regime—a declaration of defiance socialist Democrats responded to by demanding Socialist Leader Biden seize the Texas National Guard—the Texas National Guard is part of the Texas Militia, which also contains the much more powerful Texas State Guard, about which is known: “The Governor of Texas has sole control over the Texas State Guard, because it is not subject to federal activation”—and the just released legal analysis article “Gov. Abbott Is Right: Texas Has The Right To Defend Itself And Secure Its Border” assessed:

The constitutional crisis that’s been building at the southern border reached a sharp point on Wednesday when Texas Gov. Greg Abbott asserted his state’s right to defend itself against invasion, arguing the Biden administration has “broken the compact between the United States and the States”.

It’s not an overstatement to say this is the worst constitutional crisis since the Civil War and that we’re in uncharted waters now.

There have been times in our history when a state has defied the enforcement of federal laws, but we’ve never faced a situation where the federal government has refused to enforce its laws and even violated them.

And because the border crisis involves the question of security, Abbott’s assertion of state authority cuts right to the heart of the question at hand, which is one of first principles: Does a polity have the right to defend itself, to preserve its existence in the face of invasion?

The answer is, of course, yes.

The preservation of the polity must come before process arguments about whose job it is to enforce federal immigration laws.

The State of Texas, in this case, has an authority that transcends that of President Biden and the Supreme Court.

That’s precisely why the U.S. Constitution includes a clause explicitly recognizing a state’s right to act in self-defense when faced with invasion.

Following America’s most trusted and popular newsman Tucker Carlson posting the message: “So it’s unanimous: everyone in power, from the White House, to the hedge fund managers, to the Supreme Court of the United States has decided to destroy the country by allowing it to be invaded...That leaves the population to defend itself...Where are the men of Texas?...Why aren't they protecting their state and the nation?”, this report concludes, Independent presidential candidate Robert Kennedy Jr., whose uncle President John Kennedy and father Robert Kennedy Sr. were assassinated by the American government, posted the message: “Texas is right...Biden’s failure to secure the border leaves states no choice but to take matters into their own hands”—President Donald Trump then issued the rallying proclamation: “We encourage all willing States to deploy their guards to Texas to prevent the entry of Illegals, and to remove them back across the Border”—a rallying cry heeded by half of the American States issuing proclamations to defend the State of Texas—and Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick threateningly declared: “Sending federal agents to confront the Texas National Guard on the Mexican border would be the biggest mistake the Biden administration could make”.
