I guess the U.S. Assistant Attorney Prosecutor didn’t like my two complaint letters shared with the Utah and Washington State Bar Associations, which reminded him of his duty regarding “the prosecutor’s heightened duty of candor”. In court I presented a list of six “needs” before I could be ready to go to trial. Long story short, we will soon have at least two new pre-trial hearings; one on our “Motion to Dismiss,” and the second on our “Writ of Mandamus Evidentiary Hearing” regarding the allegedly “honest” secret grand jury. Judge Nielson even agreed to consider a third hearing if we file a motion asking the court to reconsider a pre-trial release from jail for me so that I can have access to my records, “papers and effects”, and evidence, so I can properly prepare my defense for trial-- if the prosecution for the U.S.A.’s case doesn’t fully implode and collapse on its own by then.
