Controlling the Academic Side of "Public Health." Are the Professors Vaccinated?

I have three things to report that may surprise you. One is that there is a large number of universities in the United States that have a program in Public Health, giving a master's degree or PhD. I've counted about 160 and they include the big names such as Tufts, U Cal Berkeley, and Yale, and most of the larger schools such as Rutgers and U of Alabama. In addition, 23 universities have a full School of Public Health, such as Johns Hopkins.

The second surprise is that all these venues for public health education need to be "accredited." Says who? We'll get to that in a minute. The entity that grants this accreditation -- or withholds it -- is called the Council on Education for Public Health. The website is CEPH.org; it is a private business. The location of CEPH is the campus of University of New Mexico.

Ready for the third surprise? If you have already had a few setbacks lately and can't face another, just cast your eyes away from this article. It is really depressing.

Here it is for those who are willing: The CEPH thing works under the auspices of -- I almost can't bear to say it ... the federal government. Thus, "No pleasie the feds, no gettie accreditation" -- and furthermore no gettie grants for research.

Show me, just show me, where in the US Constitution any authority was granted to Congress to make laws about schools of public health, or schools of any kind, or for that matter, anything bearing on the subject of health.

Don't spend an hour hunting for it. It could only be in the list of Congress's "enumerated powers" in Article I, section 8. A quick glance will tell you that neither education nor health is mentioned there in any way, shape, or form. So any move the feds make into public-health education is ultra vires.

AND ANYTHING DONE BY CONGRESS THAT IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL IS VOID.

A Letter to Secretary of Education Miguel Angel Cardona, dated last week, is how I came to find out about CEPH. The letter was sent to Cardona by my buddy, attorney William Sumner Scott of the New Jersey Bar. It was a follow-up to his request, dated May 2023, concerning his wish to challenge the upcoming 5-year renewal of the CEPH. Moreover, he asks Cardona's Dept of Education to hold a hearing as to the worthiness of the CEPH.

Worthiness? Yes. At the moment, William Sumner Scott is not contesting the very right of such a "federal" council to exist (though I most certainly am). He only wants to show that CEPH failed in its duty to see that the 160 schools were teaching students the kind of ethics that would prevent their having bought the pandemic scam. Scott wrote:

"A public evidentiary hearing before the DoEd on the CEPH renewal application is urgent because the rate of all deaths significantly increased during the period from 2019 through 2022 and the Covid-19 vaccines continue to be recommended by the USG and the CEPH accredited public health community. Our immediate goal is for students to be taught the importance of ethical conduct for our Government, their chosen profession, and themselves."

Dear Citizen, have you ever wondered why there are no medical schools or schools of public health that threw a fit over the Covid crimes? Not even one little school out in the boondocks screaming and yelling at the travesty of "health"? Now you can see it is because there is a Monitor, a Panopticon, a Big Brother Medico.

That entity is all in synch with the giving of grants for "approved" research. And each university depends on those grants coming both from the NIH -- National Institutes of Health and from Big Pharma. Wow. Talk about having all parts of the system locked in.

Note: The CEPH says "Higher education in the United States relies on accreditation to ensure quality and foster a culture of continuous improvement and [maybe even] a commitment to excellence." For the sake of the students and the public's health, they review "Discipline-specific quality assurance, such as measures of student learning or competence that are essential to the profession."

What do you bet the students have no clue about any of this, and maybe half the professors have never even heard of CEPH.org at the University of New Mexico. I can boast that I knew of the general Rockefeller takeover of medical schools that began around 1920 (See my book Consider the Lilies), but this is not about medical schools. Just schools of public health.

I also knew, but it was from interviewing the said attorney Scott last year, that the American Bar Association also finagles with the US Dept of Education about the accreditation of Law schools. This lets the ABA dictate the law school curriculum.

Oh, did you hear any law schools scream and yell about the vax mandates in 2020? Could they have managed to remind people that the Fourth Amendment would never permit forcible injections? Would you think some lawyers might rise up about the conflicts of interest involved in the profits made from the vaccines? Or the baseless and totally illegal banning of the very treatments that worked well, such as ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine?

Think about the implications of a federal body controlling the teaching of ... um ... legal ethics. The US DoEd is set up for this. Ah, you thought that brilliant intellects were churning out academic commentary on our society and our world, using the tools of law? No. A law school is not a rebel. A law school appears to be tied into the system the same way as the aforementioned CEPH thing.

It's sad. Culture needs creativity. Universities should not have to answer to government. Hey, this is the United States! How did Congress pass The Higher Education Act in 1965 with all this garbage in it? Sneakily, by stealth, or by politicians who were asleep at the switch. Attorney Scott describes the outcome succinctly:

“What better energizer for malfeasance could there be, than awareness that forces at the top are dedicated to maintaining weaponized prosecutions against those lawyers who dare challenge an official Government narrative?”

The states are in on the deal, too, as most of them will only admit into practice a person who holds a degree from an accredited law school.

To recap: We in the Great Republic have some entities lurking in Washington, DC, that the citizenry knows nothing about. A private organization, called the Council on Education for Public Health, has the power of intimidation over all 160 programs of public health, plus the 28 schools of public health. Each school knows it must please that obscure and unjustified body or lose its accreditation. This is a very bad joke.

Secretary Miguel Cardona, appointed by President Biden, must, at the very least, hold a hearing to discuss whether or not the Public Health programs had in them some way of teaching professional ethics. The current accrediting body, the CEPH, should take a powder if it did not play some helpful role.

Furthermore, Congress needs to undo the ultra vires Higher Education Act. If it declines to do so, the states must nullify that law. Students need to get involved so they will know who sets their curriculum. I urge "real academics" to jump on the bandwagon to get rid of federal interference in teaching and learning. The tragic four-year episode of the Covid pandemic, with government's well-documented refusal to follow logic and morality, is the perfect starting point.
