Putin Puts Biden On Naughty List For Leading Western Resource War Obliterating Ukraine

A compelling Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov revealing President Putin will probably take a short pause in his work during the upcoming holidays, says he also noted that President Putin will not send Christmas and New Year greetings to the heads of unfriendly states, with Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden topping this naughty list, who just signed into law an $886 billion defense bill to continue his warmongering plunder of the world.

Earlier today, this report notes, the Ministry of Defense (MoD) revealed: “Ukrainian troops lost up to 350 military personnel killed or injured in the Donetsk direction over the past 24 hours...Kiev also lost up to 110 troops in the South Donetsk direction and up to 150 troops in the Kherson and Zaporozhye directions”—a revelation that followed socialist European Union and NATO member military leader Italian Defense Minister Guido Crosetto strongly urging: “It is time for all countries involved in the Ukraine conflict to start looking for a political solution to the crisis...What cannot be achieved militarily can be achieved by opening a diplomatic and political front to try to achieve the same result through peace talks”.

Well known to socialist Western colonial leaders, but not told to their peoples, this report continues, is that President Putin chose to launch a limited special military operation in Ukraine, instead of waging total war—a choice made to spur the West into agreeing on peace talks, but instead they opted for a proxy war against Russia—is a proxy war against Russia that has the world’s second largest military—and as to what total war looks like, the leftist Washington Post just reported about Israel that has the world's 18^th largest military: “The Israeli military campaign in the Gaza Strip has been unlike any other in the 21st century...The most ferocious attacks have come from the air, flattening entire city blocks and cratering the landscape”.

In knowing the truth that socialist Western colonial leaders have lost the argument against total war with their unquestioning support of Israel’s “unlike any other in the 21st century” military campaign in Gaza, this report details, in justifiable fear that the patience of President Putin is nearing its limit, and he will unleash total war, it saw Ukrainian commander Vasily Samovar of the 3rd Separate Storm Brigade warning: “Ukrainians should prepare for total mobilization and a cold winter...The next year will unfortunately be much harder than 2023 and 2022 combined”—Secretary Aleksey Danilov of the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council then grimly observed: “This kind of calm, when it was believed that the war was purely a matter for the military, and the rest of the country could live its own life has passed, it must end, it doesn’t work that way...Everyone should take part in this war, and not selectively: while someone is fighting, others are throwing chips in the casino...This is not fair”—Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov quickly declared: “Ukraine wants to recruit Ukrainians living abroad and may sanction those who do not show up to recruitment offices”—Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky’s senior aide Mikhail Podoliak also proclaimed: “No one should be allowed to just sit out the conflict and shed responsibility for their nation...Ukrainian men of fighting age who fled the country amid the conflict with Russia should be forced to return”—and was a proclamation immediately responded to by NATO member leader Estonia Interior Minister Lauri Laanemet, who said about the more than 7,000 Ukrainian men of mobilization age that have applied for temporary protection status in Estonia: “If Ukraine needs it, Estonia can handle finding these person and handing them over to Ukraine”.

Unlike Estonia, this report notes, NATO member leader German Justice Minister Marco Buschmann declared: “I cannot imagine, as our constitution stipulates that German citizens do not have to serve in the armed forces against their will, that we can force people from other countries to do so”—it was recently reported: “At the end of October 2023, around 1.1 million refugees had come to Germany from Ukraine because of the war” and revealed: “In light of a gap of 20 billion euros in next year’s federal budget and the fact that Ukrainians have direct access to the national welfare system, Germany plans to cut its earmarked refugee money by half”—the German Retail Association just reported: “Online and offline Christmas sales in Germany have slowed amid rising economic uncertainty”—all of which was joined by Chairwoman Monika Schnitzer of the German Council of Economic Experts proclaiming: “A Ukrainian solidarity surcharge levied on top of the existing income tax would help meet Kiev’s urgent financial needs...Special events require special measures...At the end of the day, our freedom is also at stake in this war”.

While the socialist Western colonial powers punish their own peoples with taxes to keep flooding money into Ukraine, this report continues, it comes at the same time top Ukrainian official Mikhail Podoliak warned: “Many public officials in Ukraine continue to engage in corrupt practices despite the ongoing conflict with Russia...If you’re living in a certain environment, where it is considered really cool to be able to take bribes and buy yourself anything you want when everyone else is in a difficult situation or to just increase your wealth, everyone in your circle will consider you to be a successful person”—a warning quickly joined with the news: “Ukraine’s Defense Ministry claims it has exposed an attempt to acquire artillery shells for the country's armed forces at inflated prices...One senior Defense Ministry official has already been arrested...He is suspected of having embezzled the equivalent of around $40 million with the help of the fraudulent scheme”—and today in the United States it was reported: “While Senate negotiators vow to keep working into January, the reality is that future aid for Ukraine is more in doubt than ever”.

In a United States that depends on imports for over 90% of its iron ore, this report details, its peoples are told outright lies that the conflict in Ukraine is all about “freedom” and “democracy”, but in factual reality, its a “Resource War” that sees Russia defending vast resources in Ukraine owned by its Russian peoples from being plundered by the socialist Western colonial powers—in the just released article “Quiet Part Out Loud: West Greedily Eyes Donbass’ Lithium Riches” it sees top German lawmaker Roderich Kiesewetter proclaiming: “If Europe wants to complete its energy transition, it will need its own lithium deposits. The largest lithium deposits in Europe are situated in the Donetsk-Lugansk region”—and in the article “The Battle For Ukraine’s Titanium” sees it assessing: ”Titanium is a lightweight yet strong metal used extensively in advanced military applications like fighter jets, helicopters, naval ships, tanks, long-range missiles, and many others...The U.S. no longer holds titanium sponge in its National Defense Stockpile, and the last domestic producer of titanium sponge closed down in 2020....Ukraine is one of only seven nations producing titanium sponge, the basis for titanium metal...China and Russia—America's most prominent strategic rivals—are among this select group. If Ukraine wins, the U.S. and its allies will be in pole position to cultivate a new conduit of titanium...But if Russia manages to seize the country's deposits and plants, Moscow will boost its global influence over increasingly strategic resource”.

The greatest Ukrainian natural resource wanting to be plundered by the socialist Western colonial powers, this report concludes, is its land, about which is known: “Nearly a quarter of the world's most fertile soil, known as Chernozem, is located in Ukraine...Chernozem is black soil rich in organic matter called 'humus', which is made up of decomposed plants...More than 65 percent of arable land in Ukraine is composed of Chernozem deposits, making it ideal for farming”—land in Ukraine is protected by its constitution, which forbids it to be sold to foreigners—the Zelensky Regime went around the constitution and began leasing land to Western companies, and is trying to change the constitution with a referendum, which 80% of the Ukrainian peoples oppose—by fueling a conflict Ukraine has no chance of winning, to pay its unsustainable war debt it was reported: “Western corporations are expanding control over Ukraine’s land with help from the IMF and the World Bank”--and last year, the article “War And Theft: The Takeover of Ukraine’s Agricultural Land” most factually observed:

Aid provided to Ukraine in recent years has been tied to a drastic structural adjustment program requiring the creation of a land market through a law that leads to greater concentration of land in the hands of powerful interests.

Ukraine’s crippling debt is being leveraged by financial institutions to drive post-war reconstruction towards further privatization and liberalization in several sectors, including agriculture.

Ukrainian civil society, academics, and farmers are demanding the suspension of the land law and of all land transactions; and calling for an agricultural model no longer dominated by oligarchy and corruption.
