Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss sued Rudy Giuliani for supposedly making false claims that they tampered with absentee ballots in Fulton County Georgia during the 2020 presidential election and were trying to help steal the election for Joe Biden.

How is it that Rudy Guiliani was guilty of libel for reporting a story that was seen coast to coast on the Tucker Carlson Show, the highest-rated cable television show in the country on the Fox News network, and Tucker and Fox weren't sued?

Is it because he was Donald Trump's attorney? Of course, it was. Don't forget the playbook these people are using is Communist Saul Alinsky's book, "Rules For Radicals." Rule number 13 is, "Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it." This is what they've done to everyone close to Trump. They've been illegally spying on Guiliani since he was hired as Trump's personal attorney.

Ruby Freeman and daughter Shaye Moss were represented in their lawsuit against Guiliani by a team of 11 attorneys, some of whom represented Hunter Biden and the Ukrainian oil company Burisma, whose owner is suspected of Bribing Joe and Hunter Biden. The judge in the case, Beryl Hodge, is a liberal activist judge who openly hates Donald Trump and looks at the Constitution as a nuisance. Crooked? You bet! Who buys this crap?

We need to start a campaign to find this mysterious group of people who polls tell us still support "China Joe" Biden and see if they will go on the record with their support and explain their ignorance.

Ruby Freeman and her daughter Shaye Moss were employed by Happy Faces temporary agency that had been founded by racist and failed Gubernatorial candidate and rabid Donald Trump hater, Stacey Abrams, who was accused of only hiring people of color as poll workers. No White workers allowed! Hmnn...

Freeman was hired as a contractor to Fulton County Georgia's Election absentee ballot department, where she worked with her daughter Shaye Moss, her supervisor at the counting center, to process absentee ballots in early November 2020

From Ruby's disjointed account shortly after the election, this is what I got from what happened that night. Around 10 pm on election night, Freeman and her daughter got a call from their superior and were told the count was too low (Too low for what, was everyone in on the steal? Trump was leading by 311,000 votes with 83% counted) and asked if they had more ballots to scan. They told him no, they had run out. It looks like Their only path to victory was to cheat, there is no way Biden wins Georgia fair and square at that point!

She said they were instructed to pull out, from under tables, large sealed bins that had already been scanned and counted. Her daughter asked her to use the scanner or they'd never get out of there. They cut the seals, rescanned the ballots,(Video shown on Tucker Carlson's show shows them being scanned multiple times) put them back in the bins, and released them. She admitted to resealing the bins.

Freeman admitted on video that in the late-night hours of November 3rd 2020, she was pressured by her supervisors to illegally scan ballots after observers had been removed from the absentee ballot central count at State Farm Arena. None of this was allowed to be seen by the jury.

That sounds like an admission of a crime! How did Guiliani defame them when Ruby admitted to what he accused her of?

So in Georgia, like every swing state, there was no chain of custody of ballots, no signature verification, election laws and procedures were ignored, and no pesky Republican poll watchers were allowed to see the cheating, or hiring a crew of dishonest poll workers who were trained not to conduct a fair election, but to drag the corrupt Democrat candidate across the finish line by hook or by crook.

There is no doubt the Democrats ran the Fulton County election as they did in all of the swing states that stopped counting with Trump holding what appeared to be insurmountable leads. Boxes of Ballots were delivered to counting centers after midnight from God knows where to put Biden ahead in every state he was badly losing. Everyone in the country should feel as violated and sickened as I do.

If you believe that Joe Biden actually won in 2020, and you didn't ride the short bus to school, then you are either hopelessly brainwashed or you are new to the planet and your opinion just doesn't matter anyway.

Before those Fulton County ballots could be counted they needed to clear the room of Republican and Independent poll watchers who thought they were overseeing a fair election, so a story was fabricated about a water leak at the counting center and those poll watchers were told no more counting would be done that night and were sent home.

The water leak lie was given to the media and when the honest poll watchers left the building the ballots were pulled out from under tables and further scanning went on for hours. It was later learned that there was no water leak, it had been a poorly disguised ruse. All of this was caught on video and fessed up to by Ruby Freeman before the SOS and the FBI swooped in and told her to stop talking and scrub her social media accounts.

Was the jury shown the video of Ruby and the gang running these ballots multiple times? Guiliani says no. He said he wasn't allowed to present evidence that supported his case and said the judge threatened him with jail if he tried to present this evidence. He said the judge declared him guilty and he wasn't allowed to defend himself.

The nutjob judge is already demanding that Guiliani pay this ridiculous $148 million judgment immediately, so today Guiliani filed bankruptcy giving Judge Howell a Chapter 11 middle finger.

How exactly did Guiliani defame these women, and what did he say that wasn't true and being reported everywhere? Who advised these women to go after and sue Rudy Guiliani? Did Guiliani defame these women maliciously? Was Merrick Garland's corrupt DOJ behind this lawsuit?

After the December 2020 coverage of the Fulton County election operations, we learn in body cam footage that Ruby Freeman met with representatives from the GA Secretary of State, GBI, and FBI/DOJ in December 2020 and tried to blow the whistle on the improper re-scanning of absentee ballots and the improper access to voting computers via USB ports.

Were the same people who kept Ruby from confessing to vote fraud the same people who arranged for Ruby and Shaye to receive a Presidential award at the White House? Were they the same people who put together her team of 11 lawyers to handle this sideshow of a trial?

The leftist media won't cover this story with the facts, and fake conservatives at Fox News can't talk about the stolen election since Fox idiotically settled with Dominion proving in my mind they were in on this all along.

MSNBC and CNN made fun of Guiliani's claim that USB flash drives were used to manipulate the count. Hmnn...The following is from my article, "Vote Fraud: The Cheaters Are Being Exposed" a few weeks after the election on 12-3-2020:

"In a report from Jack Hadfield at nationalfile.com, a shocking video of a Dominion employee was caught downloading data from the central server at Gwinnett County Georgia’s election central responsible for tabulating ballots and certifying results. He downloaded the data to a USB thumb drive from the server, plugged it into a laptop, manipulated data, then palmed the USB and left. There should never be laptops in these rooms because of this kind of illegal manipulation."

None of these machines were supposed to be hooked up to the internet but numerous whistleblowers testified, including a Dominion employee who signed a sworn statement that the counting center where the CEO of Dominion was working said the machines were connected to the internet.

Ruby commented that what the Secretary of State and the District Attorney were reporting was false and a fraud when she met with the FBI/DOJ, they did not ask her to tell what she knew and instead told her to scrub her social media accounts where she had already made incriminating statements. This would indicate to most people with a pea-sized brain that these agencies were involved in the fraud and were engineering a cover-up.

Why were these women brought to Washington DC to testify in front of the Jan 6 tribunal? Why did Joe Biden invite them to the White House and give them a Presidential Award? Was it to keep their mouths shut and go along with the fraud, what else could it have been for?

In an interview last evening on the gatewaypundit.com, with Ivory Hecker, Guiliani said the racist, radical Marxist judge Beryl Howell would not allow him to play the video or present any evidence to prove his claims. If true, how is this legal? Has the Biden Administration's corrupt DOJ destroyed our justice system so thoroughly that biased, unfair, and unconstitutional rulings by radical and unhinged judges in Soviet-style proceedings become the norm?

Aside from Ruby Freeman's confessional that was being covered up by Raffensper's Secretary of State's office and the FBI, multiple poll workers had come forward with accusations that stacks of the mail-in ballots, estimated to be nearly 150k ballots they had counted, had never been folded, What's more, they found that they were copies of ballots already filled in with unmistakeable, identical markings.

The poll workers who made these accusations of fraud signed sworn statements under a penalty of perjury as to their accuracy 3 years ago and Brad Raffensperger and Governor Brian Kemp have yet to abide by the court order to inspect these ballots.

A court case has been ongoing in the Georgia courts for three years to force Fulton County to allow an inspection of these phony ballots but despite a court order, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and Fulton County officials have refused to comply. Did the state destroy those fake ballots? Why is the media not reporting this important story? This case could exonerate Trump and the other defendants Fani Willis has charged in her ridiculous RICO case.
