It's true. I'm not going to tell you what to do, but here is what I do, some of it learned since the "Covid 19" fraud. I haven't had a bad cold in 40 years and if a fever is a symptom of the flu, I have never had the flu. Much of it is simply based on having been blessed with a good immune system, but now that I'm an old guy soon to be 77, here is what I take, daily, to give my immune system some help.

Vitamin C - 1000 to 3000 mg
Vitamin D - 10,000 IU + K2 as MK-7 200mcg
Quercetin - 400 to 800 mg
Zinc - 25 to 50 mg

Vitamin C use goes way back to the Nobel Prize winning work Linus Pauling. If taken more than 1000 mg at a time, it should be spread out throughout the day.

D-3 is something more recent and makes up for the lack of sun exposure, especially during the colder months. It was found that those hospitalized with what they were calling "Covid" but actually tested as Influenza A and sometimes Influenza B were seriously Vitamin D3 deficient. Taking K2 with large doses of D3 regulates calcium and protects your bones, teeth, and arteries. Supplements are now available that combine the two.

Zinc has been said to help with colds for a while, but alone it is relatively useless. Quercetin is a zinc ionophore. Taken with zinc it is what helps zinc get into the virus and kill it, much like the maligned drug Hydroxychloroquine was found to do when "Covid" first hit. Some supplements make use of this fact by combining the two.

Now, I do have age-related problems, such a bursitis in my hip, but refuse to take the advice of well-meaning people and see an allopathic "doctor" for help. I have seen the sick care industry cripple my mother with two hip replacements after which she could no longer get around again without a walker. I also watched them kill my father by destroying his kidneys with both OTC and prescription Prilosec.

If I had run to a "doctor" whenever a symptom occurred I would probably be dead by now, with medical mistakes said to be the third leading cause of death in America but moving up to first place. (Check the excess mortality count being reported due to the "Covid" vaxxine fiasco.)

My last physical was in 1969, when entering the Army and my last "shot" was in 1971 upon getting orders for Vietnam. I have never taken a prescription drug and have rarely used aspirin or acetaminophen (Tylenol or similar).

About 30 years ago I decided to study naturopathy and received an ND, Doctor of Naturopathy degree. I also had a website, PracticalHealth .net, which was hacked and taken down about 10 years ago. At the top of the page, the site bore my slogan, "Healthcare is what you do. Sick care is what they do."™ And that really is true.
