San Francisco is where the most important decisions in the world are approved. Your future is being decided in San Francisco.

That sounds like a big claim and after you’ve seen the history of big decisions approved here, you can make up your own mind. There is a lot of power in the City by the Bay and especially at the top of Nob Hill!

You should assume as soon as everyone leaves the APEC meeting in San Francisco, the next destructive phase will begin. One friend suggested this meeting was originally set to make the plans for WWIII, but then they decided to get rid of the CCP and anything aligned with the CCP. What would that look like? It’s going to be very hard for many people, as economies are destroyed and recreated, more bioweapons released, wars are waged and civil rights removed “for the good of society”. It will probably not be very pleasant.

Who created the CCP? International bankers funded it, and the same people who created communism and the Soviet Union built it for their own purposes. Like the United States, it was built to be destroyed. If we are now to the point where this level is destroyed, you likely will see the CCP go away, and you could even see Israel destroyed, too. The NY Post reported in a gossip column (which I believe is a rumor but likely true) in 2012:

Reported to me, Henry Kissinger has stated — and I quote the statement word for word: “In 10 years, there will be no more Israel.”

I repeat: “In 10 years, there will be no more Israel.”

Big meetings publicly approve things already agreed upon in private Remember, board meetings, economic summits and the like are used to approve things that have been agreed to ahead of time. In addition, they need a ritual to ensure the success of their plans. They also use geomancy (the layout of buildings and cities), magic symbols and signs, curses and hexes, etc. as a part of the spell. These are all low level and bad things.

It’s best if they can get the public involved and thinking about these things to amplify the power of the ritual. This is one of the magick tricks used to get the plans to manifest in reality — just like the double slit experiment. Observation and acceptance become reality, which are a part of the magick.

They will tell you nothing done at this conference is legally binding, just like Agenda 2030, the carbon credits, spying on your phone, etc. Whether something is legal or not, YOU agreed to do it and that’s good enough. No laws need to be passed if you do it “voluntarily” yourself.

This conference will be held in two locations in SF on November 11-17 – Moscone conference center and at the top of Nob Hill. The attendees at APEC 2023 include all the important Pacific powers:

Australia; Brunei Darussalam; Canada; Chile; People's Republic of China; Hong Kong, China; Indonesia; Japan; Republic of Korea; Malaysia; Mexico; New Zealand; Papua New Guinea; Peru; the Philippines; the Russian Federation; Singapore; Chinese Taipei; Thailand; the United States of America; Vietnam.

President Biden and his boss CCP capo di tutti i capi Xi Jingping will attend. Russia and Japan will be here. Most likely they will attend the festivities high on Nob Hill, while their minions toil and press the flesh at the South of Market Moscone convention center.

Nob Hill Geomancy and History
Geomancy is the art of placing or arranging buildings or other sites auspiciously. Nob Hill is commanding point that looks down on Chinatown, the main business district and Fisherman’s Wharf. On the top of this hill are:

Masonic Temple - the largest Temple in the city

Fairmont Hotel - one of the finest hotels in the city

Pacific Union Club - exclusive club

Grace Cathedral - Episcopal Church

To review a bit of history that has taken place in San Francisco and atop Nob Hill since WWII:

The United Nations was created in San Francisco in 1945. “On 25 April 1945, 50 nations met in San Francisco, California for a conference and started drafting the UN Charter, which was adopted on 25 June 1945.” https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_Nations Many attendees stayed at the Fairmont Hotel on Nob Hill and the charter was ratified in the San Francisco Opera House.

The decision to drop two atomic bombs on Japan was made at a Bohemian Club gathering in a cabin at their retreat north of San Francisco. President Truman (a Mason) followed these orders. The Masons make and implement many of the most important decisions for the world. An important Masonic Temple is at the top of Nob Hill.

After the fall of the Soviet Union, in 1992, the foundation of Mikhail Gorbachev, the former leader of the Soviet Union, held a conference at the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco to decide how the end of the “Cold War” would be handled. Attendees included President George Bush and former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, as well as billionaires and important politicians and celebrities.

After the election of President Trump in 2016, his opponents (Democratic party) met monthly in San Francisco to plot strategy.

Security will be intense and this is done for two reasons; to protect the VIPs and to condition the population to living in a prison. I’ve lived in the Bay Area since 1996 and never have seen anything like this — it’s like another lockdown with barricades and ID checks. “They” must really be worried the natives are restless. A map of the security around Nob Hill and similar security is around Moscone convention center was provided by the city.

That didn’t take long. For years, the San Francisco open air drug market was tolerated, while the homeless used the streets and doorways as their toilets. Tax payers, property owners and residents were told it was an intractable problem. I’d say it’s not intractable since they just got this cleaned up in a week. These policies were done intentionally, there can be no other possibility.

Of course anything is possible when the party boss, the person who owns the city (and state) comes to town. No tents on the streets, pavement freshly power-washed and a new coat of paint on crosswalks and buildings — it’s a Potemkin Village. And a whole lot of crowd control barricade fencing, which looks similar to that used in Washington, DC.

This is not only around security zones, but also some of the business district streets. “They” must really fear you and it is plainly visible exactly who your local officials actually work for. The public officials who allowed the poop, drugs and crime do not represent you, the voter and taxpayer, they represent someone else.

*Where did the homeless people go?

What wasn’t mentioned is what happened to the estimated 20,000 to 40,000 homeless people. We know they didn’t go to any hotels — those will be filled with VIP guests. We might know more next week, if any of the missing homeless can be tracked down. Some people say they were dropped off in other parts of town. We’ll see. We do know there is a lot of space available at FEMA camps…and as we know, homeless people are the easiest to “disappear”. This is how people are treated in China, where 400m people “disappeared”.

This is why Newsom visited il capo Xi Jinping in China last month. There are many examples of the influence and control by the CCP in California, but one offering of fealty by the local pols stands out; the naming of the $1B federally funded Chinatown subway station. San Francisco is ethnically about 1/3 Asian (mostly Chinese) and there are three main Chinatowns, the largest on Grant Street, right down the hill from Nob Hill. Chinatown is also an important place.

Everything is already decided
The decisions have already been made and the arrangements finalized. All that’s left is the public approval ritual and then implementation. But what is it they are after?

“They” believe our world is organized like a pyramid and they are the highest level. They also believe in ritual sacrifice; to absolve their sins they commit more sin. They are destroying the layer below them, offering these people up as a ritual offering. It’s literally called a Holocaust, which means “burnt offering”. Now you know the real meaning behind that word.

This is the model they have used for millenia and you find it everywhere in the world, hidden inside religions, political organizations, and secret societies. The secrecy is protected with a blood oath. Tell about it and you die. The mafia call this Omerta. You can’t talk about Fight Club

The ritual offering is that each level destroys the level below it. Each level believes it is the highest level, but there are more levels above them (that they can’t see because they are limited by their own level and can only see their level and lower). Each level selfishly believes they can save themselves by destroying the levels below them in a “burnt offering”. This explains everything they are doing. They use rituals and notify people what they are doing because they think this absolves them of their bad deeds. If you accept their things, it’s not their fault (they believe), it’s on you.

Of course this scheme will never work because the entire cosmos is being destroyed and nothing will remain. This process takes time in our dimension, but it has already happened in other dimensions. The only way out is to find a way to the new cosmos. In my understanding, not everything can make it through, because the new cosmos has a higher standard.

It’s characteristic is Truth, Compassion and Tolerance and if you choose Truth, Compassion and Tolerance and can tell the difference between good and evil, you can make it through to the future. Everything that remains here will be dissolved.
