You are living in a world of imagination
The drama of life is a psychological production
And produced by your assumptions
Do not look for external validation in any way shape or form
Do not let outside confirmation dictate your feelings
Do not desire approval from the world of appearances
When you look for verification you come across as emotionally impoverished
It implies you are lacking and you seem anxious
When you worry about acceptance you take yourself out of the now
And you end up not appreciating the present
Select a more desirable refined state
See yourself as complete
Choose to dwell in an ideal state of consciousness
Feel as real only that which you consider to be ideal
View yourself as already whole and be beyond the judgement of appearances
There is no one to change but self
The world is an emanation of your imagination
Appearances happen automatically as a result of your inner state
Emotions are visitors in your mind
Instead of struggling with undesirable feelings
Accept them and allow yourself to feel them
Instead of amplifying and intensifying them
Process them and let them flow through you
Instead of panicking and fighting them
Permit unwanted emotions to be present without resistance
And you will break free from their grip
Instead of fearing them embrace them
When you react negatively to unpleasant emotions
You deplete your own energy
And you give away your power
When your flow is blocked by emotions
You feel stressed and your body produces adrenaline
When you are in a harmonious flow
Your body produces endorphins
And you feel pleasure and happiness!

Let your positive energy
Ripple through this realm of vibrational matter
We are expressions of the Universal Mind
Which is the Source and Fountain of all energy and substance
Each Individual is a channel for the distribution of that energy
We are the means by which the Universal Mind produces the various combinations
Which result in the formation of phenomena
Why would a benevolent higher power allow such pain and suffering
Emotions concrete into our soul in the plane of matter
We choose to come here and experience duality
There are other realities free from grief sorrow and misery
Having chosen this reality we need to be driven to our path of purpose
If our life was easy and problem free
If our experience was devoid of challenges
If we were comfortably entrenched in an egoic existence
We would not seek our true reason for being in this realm
It is only when life crumbles
When dreams are shattered
When hopes fail
That we become disheartened and seek an escape
The meaning of this life is different for each person
We all contribute in our own way
The universe responds to our frequency
And mirrors our inner state
Therefore be in harmony with your desired experience
You will attract similar energy
And alter your life in a positive manner
In imagination clothe yourself in the garments of who you want to be
Imagine you are where you want to be
Imagine you are doing what you want to do
Do not entertain a feeling which does not contribute to your happiness
Learn the art of assumption
And you will create your own joy and contentment!

If you add up the population of the cities in India
It only comes out to about 200 million people
If you add up the number of people in the 300 most populated cities in the world

We are told the population of the world is over 8 billion
