A Brief Synopsis on the Issues at Hand and Conclusions

1. How to control 2.3 million imprisoned masses in the Gaza Strip.
2. Question: Is it easier to kill a million people than to control a million people?
3. At what point are the imprisoned willing to accept death rather than to be slowly dehumanized, poisoned and systematically killed?
4. At what point does psychosis dominant the minds of the masses so they are neither compliant nor resistant to authority?
5. Does injuring and killing their children during captivity have any effect on their compliance?
6. At what point are the subjects of no use to themselves or outside society?
7. How long will the injury and killing of these contained self-replicating masses take place before the outside world attempts to stop the experiment?

8. How long will it take outside world to wake up to the fact that they too are part of the experiment, and in fact will be next?
9. Is it possible that as the world masses observe the experiment, that they will also have their morals, values and consciousness altered - so they either accept this control of human beings or violently reject it?

Conclusion A: Regardless of the moral issues, the experiment must continue as it is now, to reach the critical point, and therefore serve as the desired template for the next stage of global compliance under a one world government.

Conclusion B: After many conferences and discussions with professional experts in the field, it is the conclusion that:
• Human beings that are constantly non-compliant and eventually have a tendency to sacrifice themselves in death to resist imprisonment and slavery
• or in some cases will reach a mental crisis and seek death for themselves and their children,
• are no good to the ruling government or to themselves and therefore must be purged from society.

It is further noted, that once the tipping point is reached where the confined masses cannot free themselves, feed themselves or submit to authority, that they should be destroyed much like a herd of diseased cattle.

To accomplish this goal, it is recommended that a nuclear war is manufactured to not only eliminate the rebellious confined masses, but to also create a global environmental disaster that helps depopulate not only the confined prisoners, but also cover the earth with a nuclear winter and radioactive dust that will purge the weak, useless eaters as well. This also serves to eliminate those that would have rescued the prisoners by some outdated moral values.

What will remain is a subservient class of peasants that have no inclination or proclivity to seek freedom or to rebel against the ruling class.

It is further recommended that the ruling class and their immediate employees should complete their business requirements and head to their underground bunkers before the bombs fall.

Just as in previous top-secret reports, it is required that this document remain an “eyes only” white paper. Otherwise, the masses would recognize this as a “conspiracy” and be awakened to our plans for them, and cause us undetermined complications in our final agenda.

Final conclusion: We will win this struggle against the rebellious and fickle masses, since we have all the wealth in the world, control the politicians and the press, and control weapons of mass destruction. At no time in history have weapons been controlled by a very few individuals, so that controlling large armies or dealing with the protests of the emotion driven masses is no longer required. Therefore, the use of nuclear weapons can manipulate other nations and groups to go to war at a time and place of our choosing.
