Last week’s Voltaire Network article concerning the mysterious
spread of a fungus disease in the Northwest United States provoked a
number of readers to contact Mr. H. P. Albarelli Jr., the author of both these articles, with new information concerning strange diseases and the U.S. Army’s covert biological warfare activities which involve the use of chemical and biological weapons against human beings. Why is it that the U.S. state apparatus is standing in the way of any serious medical investigation into Mogellons disease? For the simple reason that it would inexorably lead to the covert biological war programmes of the 1950’s. It is also important to note that I sacrificed a couple tops to see the information from the CIA that contained what they called the K file which stood for knockdown and kill.

The first time I accessed it a blaring sound went off and it fried my laptop. The second time I was ready with another laptop and figured out a way to disable and read the file.

It was talking about scientists working on whether to disable or just kill and how many more were taken out during a disabling process. At one point in one of their tests many fell and the scientists clapped; I recall being horrified.

Up to you whether to risk the reading of the K file from the CIA.

I did contact, prior to his passing, Hank Albarelli, Jr. in regards to the issue of the blaring sound and his comment was something to the effect that he had no control over that aspect of the site. Kind of odd don't you think. I did it through an email and probably would have gotten more had I have called, perhaps.

Many times we hear things that people don't say in their tones, their pauses; who knows what I would have garnished had I called instead of emailing? Note for next time; if you have the phone number make the call first:)
