We are the pure consciousness of the universe
That incarnated into this realm
To have a physical tangible and tactile experience with life here

We are here to reconfigure reality to what we want
The energy of our desire will resonate to the depth of our being
Setting the manifestation process in motion
Through reverence thankfulness and trust
We allow the universe to work its magic
As it conspires in our favor

But simply observe them
As a serene and tranquil lake
Reflects the beauty of its surroundings
So does a calm mind
We refine our inner dialogue
To be fully engaged in the moment
Within this space all possibilities exist
We sit in silence
And dwell in the presence of everything
Watching as life unfolds in ways we never imagined
Being gently guided along the path most beneficial to us
As we activate stillness and connect with The All
We see our true power is in observing the mind
The greatest privilege in life is to be who we truly are

Our true essence emerges
We embody duality to make us whole

Our universe is a projection of information
A hologram encoded from a distant 2d surface
The neurons in our brain
Faze in and out of the 3d reality
When our cells vibrate at a higher level
We become in sync with the Universal Consciousness
And open up communication with other realms
Vibrating on a higher frequency
Means thinking with love compassion and virtue
In the high frequency love mode
The DNA will oscillate much faster
And the strands will unite
Creating a powerful resonance
That causes our desires to gravitate towards us
We have the capability of reprogramming ourselves
And changing the future of the world
Through love
Love produces a free flow of energy
That fosters a harmonious state of well being
And a vibrant equilibrium within
It signifies our inherent life force
That resonates through every facet of our existence
Creation is birthed from photons and frequencies
Our cells emit bio photons of ultra weak light emissions
The mitochondria in the cells produce ATP or adenosine triphosphate
It is an energy carrier that emits bio photons
This light is how our cells communicate with each other
We can redirect our energy according to our desire
And create the reality we want
Attention directs your flow of energy
Our DNA is a digital storage mechanism
And we are walking USB drivers
That are downloaded in the net of the universe

The power switch is turned on to virtual reality
And right above the switch is a picture of Saturn
When it interacts with earths magnetic field
Saturn scatters charged particles

Photosynthesis in plants and trees capture the suns energy
When we eat fruits and vegetables
We are essentially eating the suns energy
And benefitting from their electrical charge
Fresh raw local organic produce have the highest charge
In the range of several hundred millivolts
Eating animals depletes your charge
They carry the residual energy of meeting a violent death
Our body makes its own proteins from amino acids
It produces about half of them
The rest of the amino acids we need are derived from plants
Protein from animals is acidic and hard to digest
Saturated fats and cholesterol from animals
Is also very hard for the body to break down
And difficult to assimilate
Being a problem to get rid of
The saturated fats and cholesterol found in meat dairy and eggs
Gets stored in various places
Where it disrupts normal body processes
And produces free radicals that create havoc in the system
Inflammation from animal products produce the stress hormone of cortisol
Which weakens the immune system
And makes one more susceptible to illness
Diabetes is an outcome of insulin resistance by cells
Glucose which is mostly fruit sugar is not getting in
As the stored fat and cholesterol smothers cells
Glucose stays in the bloodstream causing high blood pressure
Which causes the pancreas to produce more insulin
The cure for diabetes is to cut out animal products
And stop eating processed sugars
Which are heated to a high degree and mixed with toxic chemicals
Instead increase fruit intake
Originally we were fruitarians
Our body is not designed to eat animals
Calcium cannot get into our cells without Vitamin D
Get as much sun as you can
Just limit your sun exposure
Do not use sunscreen with its toxic chemicals
The water that comes out of our kitchen sink is treated sewer water
Do not drink it
Because of the poisons contained in city water
There will be a lack of water getting into the cells
Drink distilled water or pure mineral water
Take activated charcoal bentonite clay or zeolite to detox the body

You body is literally a temple of the Holy Spirit

The sounds we produce determine the shape of our toroidal field
And their energetic structure
Our vocal cords larynx and resonating chamber in the throat
Are the instruments through which our speech is channeled
Vocalization mixed with intention makes distinct toruses
That connect to the fundamental structure of reality
Vowels characterized by an open vocal tract and substructured airflow
Serve as vehicles for the expression of sound
The vibrational tone of vowels
Invite us to embrace our inherent creative potential within
Our voices contribute to the universal dance of energy
By manufacturing scalar waves
Scalar waves traverse space instantaneously
And transcend all limitations
Scalar means harmonic
Like in musical scales
Scalar waves are devoid of any directional flow
They permeate all levels of existence
And transmute all energetic patterns
