A comment I have on this is that it's not uncommon for prejudices and stereotypes to be based upon kernels of truth or reality; in this case there is a historical basis for the stereotyped association of Jews being shrewd, cunning business people. While I personally support seeing people as unique individuals I also don't believe in denying and ignoring history. Fear of prejudice against Jews is not a valid justification for hiding their cultural and ethnic history, it is something that needs to be recognized and faced and then transcended as people grow spiritually and are no longer bound by tribalism and material preoccupations.
