WEF Contributor Sees Potential Water Crisis as Catalyst for Establishing World Government After COVID & Climate Change Fall Short

" In a recent statement, a contributor to the World Economic Forum (WEF) has raised concerns about a potential water crisis becoming the catalyst for establishing a world government, where previous attempts through the COVID pandemic and climate change narratives fell short.

A video clip from last year’s WEF Davos meeting, largely overlooked at the time, is now gaining widespread attention. In the clip, WEF spokesperson Professor Mariana Mazzucato expresses disappointment over the inability of COVID and climate change to establish a global government. She implies that a potential water crisis could be the trigger to enforce a world government over humanity.

During a session Mazzucato discussed the challenges faced in achieving global vaccination against COVID and emphasized the importance of highlighting water as a global commons. She pointed out the need to approach water issues from both a global perspective and individual self-interest, considering it a matter that people universally understand due to its essential nature.

Mazzucato contrasted the abstract nature of climate change with the tangible significance of water, making it easier to engage citizens and experiment with the concept of the common good. She expressed hope that this time, efforts to address the water crisis would succeed where previous attempts had failed, urging for active citizen engagement and emphasizing the importance of delivering tangible results.

“Did we actually manage to vaccinate everyone in the world? No. So highlighting water as a global commons and what it means to work together and see it both out of a global commons perspective but also the self-interest perspective, because it does have that parallel, is not only important, but it’s also important because we haven’t managed to solve those problems which had similar attributes. And water is something that people understand,” Mazzucato, founding Director of the UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose, said during a WEF forum on the “economics of water.”..."
