Using my Maps Pro program and Google Maps, there is a large power substation about 2 miles south of Golden, CO. It sits at the intersection of Johnson Rd and W 10th Ave. There are points on Google Maps indicating it. It is owned by Xcel Energy. Xcel is based in Minneapolis, MN and I would suspect, Deep State. Using the Google Maps measuring device, the entire complex--substation, office buildings and maintenance yards measure about just shy of 1 square mile. I didn't try to make an exact measurement. Your results may vary. To access the Google Maps measuring tool, right click on a point. You will get a drop down menu with multiple choices. The measuring tool is the bottom entry. It allows you to measure distance between to points or plot distance between multiple points.

Xcel is a power supplier in 8 Midwest states. Would they allow Deep State FEMA operatives to set up and broadcast EMS signals from their facility? Can't tell you. Don't know!

All I'm presenting is, this facility mentioned in the RRN article exists. It's up to the reader to believe or not. Other smaller substation facilities exist outside the 2 miles mentioned in the article.
