Nationwide Emergency Alerts Activated In Russia And America On Same Day As Ukraine Implodes

A compelling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MCHS) announced a nationwide activation of the emergency alert system advising the Russian peoples this morning: “Hearing the sound of a siren, you need to remain calm and not panic, turn on the TV—any publicly accessible channel or radio—and listen to the information message...Such drills are necessary to be confident in the performance of all existing systems for the timely delivery of signals and information to the population in the event of emergency situations”, says this announcement joined the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) issuing the urgent notice “FEMA And FCC Plan Nationwide Emergency Alert Test For Oct. 4; Test Messages Will Be Sent To All TVs, Radios and Cell Phones” advising the American peoples: “FEMA, in coordination with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), will conduct a nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System (EAS) and Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) tomorrow, Oct. 4...The national test will consist of two portions, testing WEA and EAS capabilities…Both tests are scheduled to begin at approximately 2:20 p.m. ET on Wednesday, Oct. 4”.

Immediately following FEMA issuing its urgent notice activating the American nationwide emergency alert system, this report notes, the United States Department of State broadcasted a message from Secretary of State Antony Blinken declaring: “From day one, President Biden had two ‘North Stars’ in mind...One was to make sure that we are doing everything we possibly can to support Ukraine and to bring other countries along to the same thing…But the other is also to avoid being in direct conflict with Russia, because the potential where that conflict could go is not a place that anyone wants to be and not a place that’s good for the security of the American people”.

Joining Secretary of State Blinken’s declaration, this report continues, the warmongering socialist Biden Regime released the official White House statement: “Today, President Biden convened a call with allies and partners to coordinate our ongoing support for the people of Ukraine as they defend their freedom and independence against Russia’s brutal invasion…President Biden reaffirmed the United States’ commitment to supporting Ukraine for as long as it takes as it defends its sovereignty and territorial integrity, with fellow leaders echoing their commitments...Joining President Biden on the call was Prime Minister Trudeau of Canada, President von der Leyen of the European Commission, President Michel of the European Council, Chancellor Scholz of Germany, Prime Minister Meloni of Italy, Prime Minister Kishida of Japan, NATO Secretary General Stoltenberg, President Duda of Poland, President Iohannis of Romania, Prime Minister Sunak of the United Kingdom, and Foreign Minister Colonna of France”.

Not included in the official statement issued by the socialist Biden Regime, this report details, was leftist CNN revealing: “The United States sent a démarche in recent weeks calling on Ukraine to double down on its fight against corruption... CNN’s sources emphasised that all forms of American assistance, except military aid, could be threatened unless Ukraine does more to overcome corruption”—a revelation joined by the Pentagon warning: “Without another abundant infusion of cash from Congress, US funding for Ukraine’s government expenditures will run dry by November”—and leftist CNN also reported: “Western militaries are running out of ammunition to give to Ukraine, NATO and British officials warned Tuesday, as they urged the bloc’s nations to ramp up production to “keep Ukraine in the fight against Russian invaders”...The news of possible ammunition shortfalls comes after money to buy weapons for Ukraine was not included in a stopgap spending bill the US Congress passed at the weekend to avoid a federal government shutdown”.

Following the Kiev meeting yesterday of socialist European Union foreign ministers that failed to produce any significant results, while Hungary and Poland publicly aired their issues with Ukraine’s policy line, this report notes, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova most factually observed: “Budapest and Warsaw have accumulated quite a few grievances with the policy of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky...It turned out that this 'brainstorm' by the EU did not lead to any substantial results”.

After socialist European Union foreign ministers ended their failed meeting in Kiev, this report continues, it was reported: “The European Commission is preparing to unfreeze around €13 billion in funds for Hungary to try to avoid Prime Minister Viktor Orbán vetoing EU aid for Ukraine, in a move likely to draw criticism from the European Parliament”—with Prime Minister Orbán now joined by newly elected Slovakia leader Robert Fico, who also vows to block all aid to Ukraine, it is now reported: “Europe’s Socialists are under mounting pressure to boot out Robert Fico, who is poised to return to power in Slovakia after his Smer party won last weekend’s election on an anti-Ukraine ticket”—reports joined by the Responsible Statecraft assessment: “Fico’s election could put Slovakia in a triumvirate of countries with Poland and Hungary that all share borders with Ukraine, that all are members of NATO and that all, to a degree that remains to be seen, are widening the crack within NATO on its stance on the war in Ukraine”—an assessment joined by American neocon geopolitical analyst Mark Temnycky who, in his just released open letter “Time Is Running Out: Ukraine Needs To Win Its War Before The Year Ends”, warns of what’s to come: “Other Ukrainian allies and partners such as Belgium, Finland, Germany, Romania, and the United Kingdom will host local and regional elections...Far-right and populist political parties within Europe are on the rise, and these groups have often opposed aid to Ukraine...Depending on the outcome of the elections in these countries, the globe could have a very different political makeup next year…In other words, current support for Ukraine cannot be taken for granted, and there is no guarantee that this will last beyond next year”—in the just published article “Cracks Deepen In Ukraine’s Support With US Discord, Europe Elections” it notes: “The U.S. and European coalition supporting Ukraine is showing significant cracks nearly 20 months after Russia’s invasion, worrying officials in Kyiv and its backers that Russian President Vladimir Putin could succeed simply by waiting out the war”—all of which follows top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov most accurately predicting: “We have repeatedly said that according to our forecasts, fatigue from this conflict, from the absurd sponsorship of the Kyiv regime, will grow in different countries, including the United States...This fatigue will lead to the fragmentation of the political establishment”.

Along with the socialist European Union, this report details, the “fragmentation of the political establishment” caused by insane support for the corrupt Ukrainian puppet state to wage a failed proxy war against Russia is on full display in the United States—a political fragmentation described in the just released leftist Politico article “Trump Is No Ghost Of The Past — He’s Haunting Ukraine’s Present”, wherein it warningly observed: “Europe and Ukraine got a nasty foretaste last week of what a second Donald Trump presidency in the United States would look like...As the former president’s polling numbers among likely Republican voters remain high — despite his mounting legal woes and criminal indictments — the number of GOP lawmakers opposed to continuing to aid Ukraine help defend itself has only grown”—but in the just released conservative Federalist article “How Conservatives Quietly Outmaneuvered Weakened McConnell On Ukraine”, it methodically documents how nearly every Republican Party lawmaker in the United States Senate secretly plotted against Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, the Pentagon, the socialist Democrat Party and Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden to cut off all funding for Ukraine.

As to how profound the “fragmentation of the political establishment” in the United States has become, this report concludes, yesterday it saw Republican Party leader House Speaker Kevin McCarthy becoming the first House leader in American history to ousted from power—an ouster from power blamed on Republicans, but only 8 of whom joined the ouster vote with all socialist Democrats—now in charge of the House of Representatives is Acting House Speaker Patrick McHenry, who is powerless to move any legislation until a new house speaker is elected, but who did have the power to throw former socialist Democrat Party House Speaker Nancy Pelosi out of her office in the Capitol Building, which he gave her 24 hours to vacate before changing the locks—all of which was followed by Republican Party lawmaker Congresswoman Victoria Spartz, the only Ukrainian-born member of Congress who vehemently opposes any aid going to Ukraine, issuing the warning: “I’ve done many very difficult things being one woman standing many times with many very long hours and personal sacrifices, but there is a limitation to human capacity...If Congress does not pass a debt commission this year to move the needle on the crushing national debt and inflation, at least at the next debt ceiling increase at the end of 2024, I will not continue sacrificing my children for this circus with a complete absence of leadership, vision, and spine...I cannot save this Republic alone”.
