You have a build up of tension (energy) that can help to cause more destruction on the second date? This comes from thinking the worst is going to come on the 4th and yes a few people could be affected but it looks to be like the 11th would be the best choice to cause more havoc in the numbers because of increased anxiety energies; however, let's take it from the 10th month....

If you look at it from a numerologist perspective you add:

10/04/2023=57= 3 = chaos

10/11/2023= 10 = perfection (whose I don't know)

I do have a problem with October as being the 10th month it messes with your head. And if it doesn't, you don't know what octo means:

Just had to say this because I find it so frustrating that they have October as the 10 month, it seems wrong from the get go.
These folks that work on numbers and then discombobulate the month of October just seems like another play they have made from way back when to place themselves ahead of the game.

Almost when they place to candidates they have chosen for us to choose from, either way they win. Unless we refuse to play, that is how I see it. Perhaps shutting down is the best thought either way and don't give them any energy along the way. The controllers love this month and I hate it for obvious reasons.
