On 27th. May 2022 at the 75th World Health Assembly, 194 Delegates (representing 194 member nations) adopted amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR). These Delegates who are unelected, unaccountable and largely unknown - can easily change 'International Law' by simply remaining silent (in secret 'informal meetings') to achieve 'consensus' while a document is being considered. This method of 'silent procedure' to adopt amendments requires 'neither' a President's or Prime Minister's signature NOR the advice and consent of Members-of-Parliament. However, Article 61 of the International Health Regulations gives each of the actual 194 member nations the authority to REJECT the amendments by sending a letter to the World Health Organization before 1st.
