With the launch of premium tracks, our Plus subscribers can now access thousands of new studio-quality premium guided meditations and music tracks from their favorite teachers without having to leave the app.

Challenges Anytime

Our Challenges, led by top experts in mindfulness, psychology, and spirituality have become one of our most popular features with hundreds of thousands of participants over the last 18 months.
