Trump Vows “Treason” Investigation Against “Enemy Of The People” Leftist Media

A compelling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting socialist Biden Regime official National Security Council spokesman John Kirby warning yesterday that the United States may soon run out of money to bankroll the Kiev Regime, with him telling leftist CNN: “We’ve got a little bit more funding to go, so I think we’ll be ok for the next few weeks or so...But without the supplemental request that we asked for, it will absolutely have an effect on our ability to support Ukraine well into the fall and into the winter months...Not getting that supplemental request if there’s a shutdown – that’s gonna have a significant impact on their ability to succeed on the battlefield”, says this warning followed National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan declaring that the Biden Regime had authorized just shy of $80 billion in assistance to Ukraine.

We write in response to your remarks at a press briefing held in the White House’s James S.Brady Press Briefing room on September 21, 2023. In response to questioning about how much has been spent on Ukraine and countries impacted by the situation in Ukraine from Philip Wegmann, the White House reporter at Real Clear News, you stated:

“What I will tell you is that we have supplied to the Congress every dollar that has been obligated. So if they are unaware, it’s because they are not looking at the reports that we are submitting to the Hill…And I find the claim in that letter somewhat bizarre.”

You went on to state the amounts were:

“roughly $47 billion in military assistance between PDA and USAI, roughly $1 to $1.5 billion per month in direct budget support that is sent not directly to Ukraine but to the World Bank, so that the World Bank can ensure every amount, all of the amounts of that aid, those dollars are being appropriately spent.

“And then in the range of 10 or so billion dollars being spent for a range of humanitarian, energy and other purposes to ensure that the basic livelihoods of Ukrainians…”

This comes out to $79.9 billion. The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has provided a spreadsheet that estimates the appropriated amount of funding for the war in Ukraine and countries impacted by the situation in Ukraine at $111 billion. The differential between the two figures is $31.1 billion, a gap larger than the administration’s latest Ukraine supplemental budget request. As a previous letter sent to the administration stated, “It is difficult to envision a benign explanation for this lack of clarity.”

The OMB spreadsheet does not include base appropriations amounts for Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative funding, which are $300 million at the current base appropriation, and $300 million at the previous year’s base appropriation. The Department of Defense (DOD) has transfer and reprogramming authorities in these bills. The same is true for the State Department in other spending accounts. Were there transfers or reprogrammings from base funds into these accounts that would increase the overall expenditure on Ukraine and countries impacted by the situation in Ukraine? It is possible the answer is “no” across all appropriations accounts, but that information was requested in January and it was not included in the OMB transmission on September 11.

The DOD has stated that American involvement in the war in Ukraine, styled “Operation Atlantic Resolve,” will continue in the event of a lapse, a reversal of its public position as recently as Tuesday, September 19. The administration stated on August 10 that “[p]revious supplemental appropriations for direct military aid, economic and humanitarian assistance, and other support have been committed or nearly committed,” yet somehow there are more funds available for the war in Ukraine.

A news report states that, “In the event of a shutdown, funding for the shipments of weapons from DOD’s stockpiles would continue. The Pentagon can still use billions of dollars “recaptured” as part of a “revaluation process” after an accounting error turned up $6.2 billion of aid available to send weapons to Ukraine from DOD’s own coffers.” The OMB spreadsheet does not disaggregate the $6.2 billion in additional presidential drawdown authority that the administration discovered in June of 2023. Some of this $6.2 billion may be included in the “stock replenishment” figure of the spreadsheet that OMB provided, but it is a certainty given the Pentagon spokesman’s remarks to the press that a significant portion remains outside of the $111 billion figure provided by OMB on September 11. That equipment has to be backfilled by future appropriations, further increasing the burden the U.S. taxpayer has undertaken. This fact pattern produces even greater uncertainty in the overall figure of assistance provided.

We write to provide you the opportunity to clarify your remarks and communicate clearly the total budgetary resources across all government departments provided for the war in Ukraine and “in countries impacted by the situation in Ukraine,” as well as any other expenditures made by the U.S. taxpayer in connection to the conflict. Senators as well as members of Congress have raised consistent concerns about the forthrightness of this administration regarding the total figures for Ukraine aid and aid to countries impacted by the situation in Ukraine. Referring to constitutional oversight responsibilities as “bizarre” does nothing to assuage these legitimate reservations.

To stop Republican Party lawmakers in the United States Congress from questioning the socialist Biden Regime about American taxpayer funding for what The Guardian best describes in its article “Welcome To Ukraine, The Most Corrupt Nation In Europe”, this report continues, the Republicans for Ukraine organization founded by warmongering neocon Bill Kristol aired an ad on all the news shows in America on Sunday that beyond all belief declared: “When America arms Ukraine, we get a lot for a little...Putin is an enemy of America...We’ve used 5% of our defense budget to arm Ukraine, and with it, they’ve destroyed 50% of Putin’s Army...The more Ukraine weakens Russia, the more it also weakens Russia’s closest ally China...America needs to stand strong against our enemies, that’s why Republicans in Congress must continue to support Ukraine”—a declaration admitting that the American taxpayers have been suckered into funding a war to destroy nuclear weapons armed Russia and China, that has nothing at all to do with actually non-existent freedoms or democracy in Ukraine, and veers into fantasy world with the comical claim Russia has lost half of its army, which only World War III could ever come close to achieving—a fantasy world claim joined by the real news about what the present conflict is really about: “While Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) campaigns for a Senate seat on a platform of earmarks for local causes, the 12-term Congressman has been busted steering millions in taxpayer dollars to for-profit defense contractors, many of whom have been political donors to his campaigns”—all of which was followed on Sunday evening by CBS News revealing what the socialist Biden Regime is now doing in its corrupt puppet state Ukraine: “While everyday American taxpayers are battling inflation and struggling to make ends meet, their money is subsidizing small businesses in Ukraine...The U.S. has pumped nearly $25 billion of non-military aid into Ukraine’s economy since the Ukraine War began in February 2022...Some of that U.S. taxpayer money has been going to prop up “small businesses”, such as a designer knitwear company in Ukraine’s capital, far from the frontlines”.

Along with the world shocked and horrified yesterday after watching the video of demonic Ukraine Nazi Regime forces dropping bombs on a defenseless wounded Russia solider pleading to surrender, this report details, the United Nations condemned and censored Canada for openly celebrating in their parliament a Nazi Waffen SS veteran of World War II—world condemnation of the celebration of a Nazi veteran whose forces massacred millions of Jews, Poles and Russians quickly followed by Canadian Parliament Speaker Anthony Rota proclaiming: “I particularly want to extend my deepest apologies to Jewish communities in Canada and around the world…I accept full responsibility for my action”—a proclamation of guilt responded to by Polish Deputy Foreign Minister Arkadiusz Mularczyk, who demanded: “The speaker of Canada’s House of Commons, Anthony Rota, should step down for inviting a Ukrainian Nazi veteran to parliament and honoring him”—a demand followed by radical socialist Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau branding his country’s celebration of a Nazi war criminal “Russian disinformation”, which the world’s richest person Elon Musk quickly responded to with the posted message about Canada: “Don’t want to blow their minds, but there is a slight possibility that not everything is Russian disinformation”.
