There are no good or bad emotions
Only good and bad responses to those emotions
The more comfortable you become with your emotions
The more powerful you become
Do not feel bad about being sad or anxious
And do not try to change an unwanted emotion
There is no reason to be ashamed or embarrassed
Emotions are suggestions not commands
You are in charge and not a slave to your emotions
They are just a rush of chemicals that will subside
When you feel overwhelmed empty yourself completely
So that you are not at the mercy of your thoughts and emotions
Overwhelming emotions means it is time for deep breaths
They will come and go on their own
Allow the storm to pass
Cease from the routine of reaction following an emotion
Sometimes the optimal response is no response
Tame your ferocity and be not swayed by your fluctuating impulses
Do not identify yourself with your emotions
Do not feel devastated but embrace each feeling and be thankful for the experience
Do not reject your emotions but make friends with them
The more you suppress them the more they will come back to disturb you
Do not feel bad about feeling fear
In some situations fear can save your life
Females operate on emotion and they respect guys who do not let their emotions bother them
Guys need to act despite their emotions and keep approaching girls
Through practice and perseverance emotions will not get in the way

Hollywood is a Satanic cult
Actors get leading roles because they are initiated into secret societies
Initiation ceremonies include blood drinking pedophilia and human sacrifice
