My comment: This is a land grab much like they had in Panama after/during a war in that area. They passed a law a few months ago that they could do this IF there was a natural disaster, and re-allocate lands and homes in an emergency situation for rebuilding. No one read the fine print, but now we're seeing it go into action. This is how they will "build back better" to achieve their 15 minute city eco-agenda.
