Novelty Theory bites your ass!
You were warned!
The Taoists know it. As do the Sufi, the Maji, the Gnostics, the Zen sitters, the mountain walking Dzogchen...they all know it. Unaffiliated shaman all over this planet know it. They work with it, anticipate it, explore universe with it.
You don’t have a clue even though you are living in the largest expansion of its manifestation in, certainly, 6000 years, and perhaps, 13,000 years.
Novelty theory. It’s what’s biting your ass. Right now.
The idea is simple, and no, Terrance McKenna did not invent it, though he did, perhaps, conceptualize, contextualize it, for his and following generations.
Novelty Theory runs this Universe.
It works like this.
Current Physics disposed of:
Hey, Brian! Hey, Eric! Pay attention guys. No matter how you glue it together, grit, that is to say, matter, does NOT create consciousness. This is an idea that arises from a Talmud/Kabbalah tradition that would have Frankenstein be factual. No dead monsters can be re-animated. So just as Einsteinianism is a completely dead end, that has wasted, what, 100 years of potential technical progress, there is no There there in quantum physics. Nor will any ever be discovered no matter how fast you move the grit, nor how small the piece you are examining.
The way it works:
Consciousness exists. It existed. Consciousness is everything. Consciousness was everything. Consciousness is everything that can ever be. Consciousness knows everything. And that is it’s problem.
It was bored just being. It had an idea. If it knows everything that is, was, and will ever be, can ‘novelty’ exist? Can ‘newness’ be brought about such that ‘surprise’ could come to Consciousness? This idea, itself, was new, and had the sensation of ‘novelty’ attached to it. Within Consciousness, the novelty sensation was ‘new’, and was desired.
The idea:
Consciousness wondered, as it is, all and everything, could there be a ‘something’ that would be, or could be, created that would be outside the ability of Consciousness to know ahead of its manifestation. The idea of ‘true novelty’. Something new arising that Consciousness would not be able to anticipate.
This idea, as stated, was novel in and of itself, and has led to the creation of you, and all that you think you know, and have thought you have known in your past. In fact, this idea led to the creation of Time itself.
What happened was that Consciousness decided to do an experiment to see if it could create the conditions for true novelty to arise. So it cleared out a bit of ‘space’ within itself, and created the Matterium, this place where matter sticks to matter, and you can sit your ass on a chair.
Where you are at now:
Then Consciousness created the Universe to run the Matterium. So the matter in our Matterium is your hardware, and the Universe is the operating system. Your body, mind, and spirit are your systems’ manual, and guiding sensor array. This is why you are so fucked up.
Life, Universe, and Everything:
Within this Matterium there is vast amounts of Life. All manner of it. Strange beyond your ability to imagine how strange. Some so strange you would find it impossible to react or even acknowledge their strangeness.
This is all part of the Everything. As you are in the process of discovering now, all of this Matterium, and it Universe operating system, work to serve the Everything of Life.
Everything of Life:
The Everything of Life is Novelty expressed. All of Life participates in Novelty at all levels, constantly within all of Time, and all of the Matterium.
There is no Life that gets less-novel. All Life is an expression of Novelty Creation. All the Time.
It can be no other way.
Consciousness demands an answer: Can true Change, true Novelty emerge?
Irreversibility:
This is why events in Time within this Matterium are irreversible. This is why Time Travel, as humans envision it, will never exist. Consciousness wants to see what ACTUALLY will manifest, not what had potential to manifest. The reversing of events in Time would deny the possibility of Novelty, expressed as Change, from emerging in this Matterium. Consciousness needs to KNOW, what will actually happen, given the circumstances it has created within this Matterium. It is seeking the emergence of Novelty.
A real bitch:
If you think that creating Novelty, for Consciousness, is easy, you have not even started to think about it. A hint for your consideration is that Consciousness had to conceptualize Irreversibility BEFORE creating the Matterium and Universe.
It is in support of the Irreversibility of events in Time in this Matterium, that it is self-enclosing such that Universe can provide its operating system, and rules. Thus no ‘inter-dimensional’ travelers or connections. Mere fictions. There are other, more practical considerations within the functioning of Time that also deny the existence of ‘inter-dimensional’ connections.
Shaggy bastards:
The shamans of the past knew about Novelty theory. It was passed down to them, this idea. They tried to tell you about it, but you would not listen. Your mind was captured by one of the products of novelty, this shiny new ‘science’ everyone was talking about.
Missed it:
So you probably missed out on the concept, that you are part of the ‘novelty production’ of this Matterium, by virtue of being here. Now maybe you grok why ‘creative’ people are rewarded so highly. Why your life is changing constantly. Why nothing is ever the same as it was. Your actions count in all the novelty creation in the Matterium.
Consciousness favors novelty:
This is why some people, we all know of them, and maybe know some of them, seem to live a charmed life. They are the sparkling nexus of novelty creation. They are creative, or they are a loci for creation to occur around them, as a grain of dust will enable a crystal of ice to take shape around it. Universe has an algo to reward creative individuals who aid in the expression of novelty.
NeXt Level:
Gamers will grok it. Earth, and its Life, are being elevated in the Novelty Algo of Universe. We all, here on Earth, maybe led by humans, are experiencing a breakthrough in our novelty level. We are going up a notch. This is why all this shit is happening all at once everywhere. Newness. Novelty bursting out all over every damn place.
It does not matter now, science, politics, navigation, gaming, sex, abstinence, thinking, plotting, inventing, creating, filming, writing, commenting, smashing, crushing, gushing, gaping, flaming, rushing, and every place you put your mind you are encountering it. Novelty expressing itself.
Nothing is the end of anything anymore.
We have left the Kali Yuga in 1698, and for the last 325 years we have been waging a slow, grinding slog out of the dense mindset of those 2400 years, as well as fighting a continuing, subtle, subliminal war against forces that would have us perpetuate Humanity, and Earth in that denseness.
We have had breakthrough. Humanity is done with the last of the hang-over of the Kali Yuga, and is accelerating our novelty creation levels on all fronts. This is why your world is changing so fast, so continuously. It’s part of a Universe All process.
No more Coincidences:
We are up-leveling our novelty game in sympathetic resonance with energies expressing within this Matterium. It is no coincidence that our Sun is no longer the mellow Yellow that birthed previous generations. It is no coincidence that new forms and sources of gamma rays are being discovered.
It is no coincidence that...virtually anything you care to name. It is simply not a coincidence. There are none, any longer. The concept of ‘coincidence’ has died. That too is part of the new novelty emerging. Either it results from a conspiracy now, or one in the past, or one yet to be formed, or it results from circumstances as Universe needs it to fuel pending Changes not quite within our view.
Universe favors novelty:
Some of the humans get the idea. That all of Life on this planet is accelerating into a new phase of Novelty creation in which each small ‘newness’ is not only additive, but a combinoric step for yet more ‘newness’. We are in the ‘virtuous phase’ of the novelty cycle.
This phase will continue for the rest of your life on this earth. As it gains strength over these next 11,000 years, it is likely your next Life, perhaps several, will also be involved in this Novelty expansion.
Universe favors novelty. This you will be able to observe in the behavior, and results, in the lives of those around you. Is a politician supporting an entrenched, low novelty ideology? Well, results will be demonstrated.
As will ‘true novelty’ be demonstrated. Faux attempts at novelty will fail. Verbal labeling is the linguistic equivalent of dying your hair blue, it does not change the novelty potential, merely colors it. If you consider it deeply, you can see that attempts at faux novelty are actually creating pressure for true novelty to emerge in several ways. Suppression of real novelty is very much like a weight adding pressure to the cooking. When it releases, it goes ever so much further.
Within my linguistic analysis work over these last decades, there has been a continuing contention between ‘building emotional tensions’, and ‘release emotional tensions’ language. This was present even at the worst of the censorship. The level of building tension dominated for these last 12 or so years. Now we are into the domination of release language. This is the emergence of novelty. It is when the human expresses it, speaks of it, that they have the ‘release’ of the emotional tension built up around it.
We are now entering a release language dominated phase of Time. Just look around to see that this is correct. Any field, area, interest, that you care to examine, will be dominated by people releasing emotions over what will resolve down to ‘novelty’. This release language is Humanity expressing the ‘shock of the new’.
The ‘shock of the new’ is gaining momentum. Like the first grain of gunpowder igniting within a very very large pile of it, the results of this acceleration of novelty are unpredictable. Or so Consciousness hopes.
Now, what could be more of a shock? Oh, i know, Space Aliens dropping in JUST as we are all acting batshit crazy!
