Normally prevailing winds go from West to East. But occasionally they reverse. That is what is coming up, apparently.
The shift in wind direction goes AGAINST NATO Countries. So if the nuclear power plant is bombed during this period, the primary radiation fallout will hit NATO countries (Europe), not Russia.
There are no winners in nuclear war.

Victoria Nuland has already announced publicly that WW3 will begin on July 11, 2023. Why? Because that is when the NATO Summit takes place to decide about Ukraine joining NATO. The US just passed a bill that if any radiation is caused in Ukraine, that gives NATO license to use nukes. Russia knows this.
Lately Zelensky has been warning that Russia will bomb the big nuclear power plant in Ukraine. But Russia would never do that, as Russia would suffer radiation fallout from this plant. It is far more likely that Zelensky (NATO) will bomb the nuclear power plant, and then blame the catastrophe on Russia (BIG LIES). <<.
Hmmm.....yes if Russia is also evacuating people from the vicinity of the nuclear power plant, that means they KNOW Ukraine is going to target that plant.
And Russia knowing THE PLAN to use this false flag attack by Ukraine to allow the use of Nukes by NATO......Russia may well, just strike first.
It would be wiser in the long run for Russia to just do a Nuclear First Strike on NATO nations, rather than suffer another long term chernobyl type radiation event. Plus Russia could knock out all of NATO's nukes before NATO knew what hit them.
From a PR standpoint, a Nuclear First Strike wouldn't go over well with the UN and NATO, but then, if Russia strikes first, there will be no NATO left, and the UN will be left holding an empty leash. Russia is replacing the UN with BRICS.
