Join the Fight against the US Department of Education, Particularly in Its Sneaky Control of Physicians!

Anybody remember when the late beautiful Charlotte Iserbyt raised the alarm about the US Dept of Education? That bland-sounding entity, the DOE, has many ways of manipulating culture.

I did not realize, until this year, that DOE has availed itself -- under the table of course -- of a way to influence law schools (retch!) and medical schools.

You'd think doctors would know better. But they don't.

So here's how it works. It has to do with ACCREDITING medical schools, whether of the public or private type. The Dept of Education, sitting in sinful Washington DC, establishes 'councils' to look into various programs of schools. Let's narrow this down to schools of Public Health.

The relevant council is CEPH: Council of Education in Public Health. What does it want to find in a school of PH in order to give it the nod for accreditation? (Oh, and I don't mean just once when the school is set up. The CEPH monitors the school forever.) I assume it looks for Perfect Harmony with Big Pharma.

So who monitors the council? Well, ultimately the responsibility must fall to me and thee. At the moment, an education watchdog with an idealistic name -- The World Peace through Education Foundation, Inc -- is taking the lead. They encouraged me, before a June deadline, to oppose an upcoming renewal of the authority of the CEPH.

Boy did I oppose such "authority." An American need look no further than Article I, section 8 of the Constitution to learn that the Framers never gave the feds an iota of power over Education. Much less over medicine. Good God, how we have fallen into a trance taking for granted that a CDC can determine which needles go into our kids, or that a (criminal) WHO can put this nation into a Lockdown.

OK. Back to CEPH. The aforementioned World Peace non-profit, directed by William Sumner Scott, JD, is demanding a hearing at the DOE. All right-minded doctors and public health folks should join him (details below).

Dr Peter McCullough, one of the blessed critics of Covid, in my opinion, has shown his willingness to put pressure on the CEPH. Watch his 8-minute video linked at end of this article. Dr McCullough makes the following points:

1. The spike protein cannot be controlled.
2. The genome has been changed by Pfizer
3. It stays 60 days in the lymph nodes, should be max 48 hours
4. Great harm to children by the vaccine -- it leaves scar on the heart.
5. Only a third of vax injuries and death gets reported to VAERS. ("The vaccine adverse event reporting system"). So the US 17,568 deaths, per CDC, means a 50,000 died.

While I cannot ENTIRELY blame the Dept of Education for the fact that most US doctors are still in the dark about Pfizer, we can say that the DOE has not done what we need. We need medical students to be aware of conflicts of interest.

My late husband, an old-fashioned pediatrician (MD, Edinburgh 1954) had it thoroughly drummed into him that his profession is ethical. I'm afraid if you ask a young doctor today about the ethics of vax, he/she will say something about earnestly following the CDC schedule. Eeeks!

Charlotte Iserbyt, author of the free-download book, "The Dumbing Down of America," showed what efforts were made, starting in the 1920s, to get children to NOT understand arithmetic. "Dumb" was the desired outcome. Sure, that is hard to believe but she had the proof. I have written it up in my book "Prosecution for Treason." (The treason being Congress's treason in passing unconstitutional laws.)

Now, a century later, we must put some roadblocks up against the Department of "Education's" ability to create more dumbness. They have no call to be the accrediting authority. Each state can do that. I now append a Press Release published by World Peace through Education Foundation, Inc.

Uproar Over Medical Industry approval of Big Pharma Experimental Drug for Human Consumption without Safety Tests Sheds Light on Big Pharma’s Capture of Medical Approval and Education Agencies

After controversy surrounding mRNA Covid-19 vaccines — a Gates-funded WHO-NIH emergency drug project — sparked concern over how vaccines are approved for use in humans, education watchdog World Peace Through Education Foundation, Inc. this month demanded the U.S. Department of Education break Big Pharma’s stranglehold on the educational system for Public Health.

William Sumner Scott, J.D. is executive director of World Peace Through Education Foundation, Inc. and a practicing attorney in New Jersey. On May 14, 2023, World Peace Through Education Foundation, Inc. (“WPTEF”) submitted comments to the U. S. Department of Education – National Advisory Committee on Institutional Quality and Integrity (“NACIQI”) to object to the renewal of the application of Council on Education for Public Health (“CEPH”) authority to accredit public health higher-education schools and programs.

The WPTEF comments were motivated by information published by Dr. Peter A. McCullough, MD, MPH, that Covid-19, if caught early, could be effectively treated and that the experimental vaccines did more harm than good.

The WPTEF objections filed to NACIQI were also motivated by social media disclosures that the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation was the second largest funder of the World Health Organization (“WHO”) while Bill Gates or entities under his control held patents to various vaccines to create a significant conflict of interest in the vaccine approval process.

An additional serious conflict is created by the U.S. Government funding of educational institutions while also mandating the vaccines it approves that are financed, in part, by Bill Gates and his entities.

WPTEF further asserted that: “Numerous experts in the field of public health and members of the public had views on how to deal with the pandemic that were contrary to the USG, CEPH, and the institutions they accredit...."

Dr. McCullough filed separate comments to NACIQI to object to the CEPH renewal of accreditation authority on May 19, 2023. He also identified the above list of people who agreed with him that the USG sponsored vaccines did more harm than good.

On June 1, 2023, Vaccine Safety Research Foundation, by Steve Kirsch, Founder, filed its objection to the CEPH renewal.

All three objections complained of the acceptance of U. S. Government grant money by the entities that educate members of the Public Health community.

WPTEF requested the opportunity to review the CEPH renewal application and an extension of the time to comment for 30 or more days after that application was made available for review, assignment of a case number and for a public hearing on the issues presented. Its requests were denied:

Regarding notification of the receipt of written comments, my advice is that when comments are sent via the ThirdPartyComments@ed.gov please request a delivery receipt and a read receipt. No case number will be generated. Also, you used the term “hearing”. That term is not applicable to the Third Party Written Comment process. This process is simply for the collection of Third Party written comments.

"A later Federal Register notice will be published with instructions regarding how to make oral comments during the National Advisory Committee on Institutional Quality and Integrity (NACIQI) meeting. Please see this explained under the Supplementary Information section of the Federal Register notice.

In response, WPTEF asked Director Herman Bounds for a copy of the CEPH application. That request was forwarded by Director Bounds to the DoEd Freedom of Information Administration office and assigned number 23-01804.

The DoEd FOIA office has advised it intends to supply the CEPH application, but it normally takes them 185 business days to respond to requests. WPTEF, Dr. McCullough, Mr. Steve Kirsch, and I have reserved the right to amend our comments until 90 days after receipt of the CEPH application.

We have also objected to the NACIQI proceeding going forward without public participation in the process in view of the asserted mandate by public health schools of use of an experimental vaccine by upon its current students and by prescription by its graduates for their patients.

Dr. McCullough presented the facts and his expert opinion in his objection to the CEPH application as follows:

"Rather than a scientific method of analysis of opposing views, CEPH and the institutions it accredits stifled the free speech of those who opposed the USG protocols and also mandated, unsafe, and ineffective vaccines. Many of the institutions CEPH accredits and members of the public health professions accepted money from the USG and drug manufacturers or their designees as bribes or rewards or grants or promises of future employment for prescribing USG recommended and mandated treatments and vaccines. CEPH took no steps to eliminate conflicts of interest and otherwise preserve and protect the quality and integrity of the institutions it accredits. CEPH is not worthy of renewal to continue the malicious introduction of unproven methods of treatment and withholding of vaccine results from the public."

McCullough and those health professionals listed above, and many others, questioned the need, effectiveness, and potential harm, including death from the use of the USG recommended inadequate or inappropriate treatment, lockdowns, masks, social distancing, and mandated unsafe, and ineffective vaccines. All of these actions deviated from the community standard of care. Specifically:

"The unsafe, and ineffective vaccines were experimental and evidence of harm to lab animals existed. CEPH made no effort to require tests be conducted to determine the effectiveness of the use of ventilators, low-dose dexamethasone, veklury (remdesivir), and other NIH recommended treatments for Covid-19 although evidence of harm by use of those methods existed.

"Community standard of care treatments such as combinations of viricidal nasal sprays/gargles, Ivermectin, Hydroxychloroquine, prednisone, doxycycline, azithromycine, budesonice nebulization, colchicine, aspirin, enoxaparin were more reliable and produced better results to stop the pandemic than did the USG recommendations listed above, particularly the mandated unsafe, and ineffective vaccines."

In response to the rejection for an assigned case number and public hearing, on June 15, 2023, Dr. McCullough, Mr. Kirsch, and I filed a joint Petition to the DoEd at case number ED-2023-OPE-0089 to Petition for Administrative Hearing. A copy of our Petition was served upon the DoEd accreditation section and upon CEPH. Neither of them has responded.

The DoEd has a group called National Advisory Committee on Institutional Quality and Integrity -- a breviated NACIQI. It usually allows time for comments for a brief amount of time without supplying the underlying document under review. In this case of the CEPH renewal application, the time to comment was 30 days. The NACIQI deliberations and communications with the applicant are conducted in secret. Then the applicant is called in to make a public hearing presentation.

At that hearing, commentors are given 3 minutes to make a presentation in regard to the application. Negative comments are usually ignored.

The acceptance of false USG narratives has to come to a stop.

Because the majority of NACIQI members were politically appointed, they have more responsibility than the high quality that was previously appointed by the Secretary. The NACIQI majority has direct contact with political people and they can directly use their influence to get education where it ought to be, to use its best efforts to teach the truth by exchange of ideas, because free speech means nothing if we can’t teach it to our young people.

As follow-up to their filings to the DoEd, WPTEF and the Petitioners intend to raise funds to engage in a public campaign to pressure DoEd to conduct a public hearing on the question of should the CEPH renewal application be granted. To be meaningful, all participants should be granted the right of discovery. Over the past 50 years, the legal system has denied public participation in the USG administrative process with the claim they have no standing to object. This is non-sense, but is unlikely to be overturned soon. The murder by vaccine menace requires immediate action.

The best avenue to achieve honesty is through a hearing process that allows presentations by experts from our professions and the educational communities. We should begin with the question of adequacy of public health education, particularly the conflicts of interest created by the funding of education by the USG and Big Pharma.

Drug regulatory agencies captured by Big Pharma
The existing regulatory structure grew out of the need in the 1900s to standardize how drugs and vaccines were produced and distributed to protect the public.

In 1906, Congress passed the Pure Food and Drugs Act (a/k/a the Wiley Act). Medical devises were brought under the Act by amendments in 1938. The Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) became a part of the Department of Health and Human Services in May 1980. With each change, the levels of control achieved by Big Pharma increased and the existence of that control became more difficult to detect.

The Internet and various public records laws have allowed researchers to learn of the amount of money used to influence FDA decisions. The conflicts created by this money factor must be eliminated.

Additional research is required to identify conflicts of interest by individual NACIQI members, CEPH administration and the public health schools and programs CEPH accredits.
