Russian Forces Advocating Nuke Strikes Against West Unleash Mutiny

A gravely concerning new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first notes President Putin gave an emergency televised address to the Russian peoples this morning warning:

I am addressing citizens of Russia, the personnel of the Armed Forces, law enforcement agencies and security services, and the soldiers and commanders who are now fighting in their combat positions, repulsing enemy attacks and doing it heroically – I know this as I spoke once again with the commanders of all sections of the frontline last night.

I am also addressing those who were dragged into this criminal adventure through deceit or threats and pushed onto the path of a grave crime – an armed mutiny.

Today, Russia is waging a tough struggle for its future, repelling the aggression of neo-Nazis and their patrons.

The entire military, economic and informational machine of the West is directed against us. We are fighting for the lives and security of our people, for our sovereignty and independence, for the right to be and remain Russia, a state with a thousand-year history.

This battle, when the fate of our nation is being decided, requires consolidation of all forces. It requires unity, consolidation and a sense of responsibility, and everything that weakens us, any strife that our external enemies can use and do so to subvert us from within, must be discarded.

Therefore, any actions that split our nation are essentially a betrayal of our people, of our comrades-in-arms who are now fighting at the frontline. This is a knife in the back of our country and our people.

A blow like this was dealt to Russia in 1917, when the country was fighting in World War I. But the victory was stolen from it: intrigues, squabbles and politicking behind the backs of the army and the nation turned into the greatest turmoil, the destruction of the army and the collapse of the state, and the loss of vast territories, ultimately leading to the tragedy of the civil war.

Russians were killing Russians and brothers were killing brothers, while all sorts of political adventurers and foreign forces profited from the situation by tearing the country apart to divide it.

We will not allow this to happen again. We will protect our people and our statehood from any threats, including from internal betrayal.

Immediately following President Putin’s emergency televised address, this report notes, Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev posted the urgent message to the Russian peoples: “Rallying around our president and the supreme commander-in-chief of the country’s armed forces is crucial for defeating the external and internal enemy, which seeks to tear our Homeland apart, and for saving our state...National split and betrayal would lead to the greatest tragedy ever and a universal catastrophe...We will not let it happen...The enemy will be crushed...Victory will be ours”.

Though not mentioned by either President Putin or Deputy Chairman Medvedev, this report continues, the current events unfolding involve Wagner Private Military Company commander Yevgeny Prigozhin, who ordered his 25,000 forces to leave the “Special De-Nazification Operation” zone of conflict and take control over Rostov-on-Don, a city having a population of over 1 million in the Southern Federal District of Russia, and is the headquarters of the Southern Military District, which has overall command of the special military operation to liberate Ukraine.

Over the past year, this report details, Prigozhin has waged a bitter feud with top Russian military leaders, who he claims are not telling President Putin the truth about the special military operation, specifically the losses of Russian soldiers and equipment—Prigozhin claimed that if President Putin knew the truth, he would order nuclear strikes against the socialist Western colonial powers arming Ukraine to decimate Russian forces, and yesterday he declared war on the Russian military proclaiming: “The command council of the Wagner Private Military Company has reached a decision...The evil that the country's military leadership perpetuates must be stopped...They disregard the lives of soldiers...Therefore, those who have killed our guys today, those who have taken the lives of tens, many tens of thousands of Russian soldiers will be punished...There are 25,000 of us and we are going to figure out why this chaos is happening in the country...That figure is a tactical reserve, but the strategic reserve is our whole army and the whole country...Everyone who wants, join us...We must end this disgrace”.

Upon declaring war against the Russian military, this report notes, the Federal Security Service (FSB) opened a criminal investigation against Wagner commander Prigozhin, and issued the statement: “Prigozhin’s statements and actions effectively constitute calls for an armed civil conflict on Russian territory and a stab in the back of Russian servicemen fighting with pro-Nazi Ukrainian forces...We call on the PMC fighter not to commit irreparable mistakes, to stop any force actions against the Russian people, and not to comply with criminal and traitorous orders of Prigozhin, and to take measures on his apprehension...All information being disseminated on social media in Yevgeny Prigozhin’s name about the alleged Defense Ministry’s missile strikes on Wagner PMC units are false and are an informational provocation”.

Quickly joining the FSB opening a criminal investigation into Prigozhin’s mutiny, this report continues, Deputy Commander General Sergey Surovikin of the Russian Joint Forces released a video wherein he urged: “I appeal to the fighters and commanders of the PMC Wagner...We have walked a difficult road together...We fought together, took risks together, suffered losses together, and won together...We are of the same blood...We are warriors...I urge you to stop...The enemy is just waiting for the internal political situation to worsen...We should not play into the enemy’s hands in these difficult times for our country”.

In a further response to these unfolding events, this report details, powerful and feared Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov posted the message: “What is happening is not an ultimatum to the Ministry of Defense...It is a challenge to the state...To counter this challenge, it is necessary for the military, security forces, governors and the civilian population to rally all around the national leader...Soldiers of the Ministry of Defense and Chechnya’s units of the National Guard have already left for the areas of tensions...We will do everything to preserve the unity of Russia and to protect its statehood!...Each of us sees only one part of the map, but he sees it all!...The president noted quite correctly in his address to the nation - this is a military mutiny!...There is no excuse for such actions!...I fully support Putin’s every word”.

In the Rostov-on-Don “area of tensions” where the mutiny is occurring, this report notes, a “loud explosion” was heard in the vicinity of the Southern Military Command headquarters—the National Antiterrorism Committee (NAK) announced a “counter-terrorist operation regime” in Moscow and the Moscow Region to prevent potential terrorist attacks—and St. Petersburg Governor Alexander Beglov said that the situation in the city, which is a home to the Wagner Center headquarters, remains stable, with increased security measures put in place, he also noted that “lawful actions of law enforcement agents, including those in the Wagner Center building, have no impact on the ongoing activities in the city”, apparently referring to earlier reports that operatives were conducting searches there.

Beyond all doubt aiding in the unleashing of the mutiny, this report concludes, was Russian political scientist Professor Sergey Karaganov, who heads the Council on Foreign and Defense Policy and is a top advisor to President Putin and Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, who, a fortnight ago, in his beyond chilling open letter “By Using Its Nuclear Weapons, Russia Could Save Humanity From A Global Catastrophe”, advocated an immediate nuclear strike against the socialist Western colonial powers arming Ukraine declaring: “It’s a morally frightening choice – we would be using God’s weapon and condemning ourselves to great spiritual loss…But if this is not done, not only may Russia perish, but most likely the whole of human civilization will end”—left unknown at this time is if any of those in mutiny will fire a nuclear weapon, specifically those in charge of battlefield tactical nuclear weapons needing only a single commander to authorize a strike—and if occurs, would leave the West to question its response to a nuclear strike not authorized by President Putin.
