Oscars voters slam Hollywood inclusion standards amid new diversity rules

The Academy Awards are facing much criticism after implementing new diversity and inclusion guidelines for 2024.

The guidelines must be adhered to by any film in the running for a "Best Picture" Oscar.

Several voting members sounded the alarm after the Academy Awards released its Aperture 2025 initiative -- a sweeping set of regulations designed to make Hollywood more equitable and diverse.

Dreyfuss further claimed he doesn’t believe that any group in society today should be given special treatment. He said, "And I’m sorry, I don’t think there’s a minority or a majority in the country that has to be catered to like that."

Oscar Goes Fully Woke

Oscar went fully woke Sunday night, giving all its major awards to two LGBT movies, EVERYTHING EVERYWHERE ALL AT ONCE, which won seven major awards, and THE WHALE, which won Best Actor for Brendan Fraser, who plays an extremely overweight, homosexual glutton trying to reconcile with his daughter.

The AFP reports that the elite of Hollywood are set to meet in Los Angeles for a four-day summit designed to formulate a strategy to “tackle climate change.”

The report notes that THOUSANDS of stars, directors and writers will convene with “scientists and activists” in an effort to “encourage movies and TV shows to use their outsized influence on audiences around the world.”

In other words, to inject more woke identity politics propaganda into entertainment.

“Hollywood is an extremely powerful industry,” said summit co-founder and TV writer Ali Weinstein, adding “We are on the precipice of cultural change in many ways.”

“Every single person on earth is being affected by the climate crisis in some way. If we’re not showing that in our day-to-day content, that content is science fiction,” Weinstein further claimed.

The summit organisers complain that there isn’t enough propaganda in movies and TV shows currently and this needs to change.

“We see this as a huge problem because, for the most part, people on average spend more time with television and film characters than they do with their own families,” fellow summit co-founder Heather Fipps said, tellingly adding “We are activists operating within the entertainment industry. The entertainment industry is hypocritical. It hasn’t done enough.”

“It is really important for us to steep our fictional worlds in our reality,” Fipps added.

Many Hollywood stars, such as Leonardo De Caprio, act like paragons of virtue when it comes to ‘saving the planet’, but in reality are complete hypocrites who hang out on massive luxury yachts and travel by private jet.

It makes sense that such odious characters would spend four days gathered at a giant coping session in an attempt to offset the guilt of their fake ‘activism’.
