This book was the second book in the “Defend the Galaxy series”. I described how the globalist conspirators had taken over Washington, DC, and were pushing for a war against Russia. The main character in the book is Michael Faris who was appointed as an interim president in the first book: “Son of Nibiru”.

He had uncovered a conspiracy to take over the US, and stopped it from happening and prevented nukes from being used. He exposed the plot, removed the known conspirators, and then stayed in the Whitehouse about 6 months until the next election could take place.

He went back to his ranch in Montana, but the feds were still after him and tried to force him to give them the technology from the space ship he was given from planet Nibiru. After he refused, they sent hit teams to kill him and his friends. He escaped the US and headed to Russia where they had friends in the country and were trying to regroup and come up with their next move. Here is an excerpt from Chapter 20 on what happened next:

“Brandon explained to the Russian friend what happened. Mike then
spoke to the man.
"I have met you before when we came to Moscow with the
space ships. We have an emergency situation. The US
military has been taken over by the military industrial

complex. They have killed 5 of our friends, and were trying to
catch us and take the space ships away. I refused to go
along with what they wanted. They are now gearing up a war
in the Middle East, and possibly in Eastern Europe. You
need to warn your president of this danger."

"Thank you my friend." The Russian man said. "We have
noticed the war starting and are on high alert. What do you
recommend we do?"
"Call for diplomatic talks and see if you can delay what is
going on." Mike answered. "If the public in the West will see
the dangers approaching, they may be able to put pressure
on the US government to stop what they are doing.
However, it does not look good. This group of military
leaders and politicians are taking orders from conspirators
that want a war. My guess is they have pre-positioned
bombs and assets to be activated by a central command.
This eliminates any soldiers from refusing to fire weapons of
mass destruction. If you are attacked, attack in a measured
way to reduce casualties on both sides, and hopefully they
will stop. All I can say is, defend yourself and do what you
have to do. I have to lay down, do you have a place I can
rest?"
The Russian host then showed Lydia where Mike can lay
down. The group with Mike are all inside the home and
talking amongst themselves about what has happened.
"What is wrong with Mike?" Marsha asked.
"He had a fainting spell on Nibiru, and was unconscious for
24 hours." Lydia answered. "We don't know exactly what
caused it, but he has been alright since then, until now."
Marsha looked over Mike as he rested and checked his vital
signs. Lydia also told the group to check out the report Mike
made to the council on Nibiru. This gave them all something
to do while Mike was resting, and they were waiting to come
up with their next move. While they were busy going back
and forth to the space ships to view the report - the Russian
host was on the phone talking to Russian officials. At one
point he came back into the living room and talked to a few
of the men. "NATO troops are massing on the Eastern Polish
border and in several other locations towards the Russian
borders." The Russian host said. "A full scale war has also
broken out in the Middle East. Turkey has attacked Syria
and Iran. And, Saudi Arabia has sent in 350,000 troops into
Iran and Syria. A nuke has gone off in some of those areas.
There is wide spread panic and Israel is on the alert to
defend themselves. China has attacked Taiwan and Japan.
North Korea has attacked South Korea and India has
attacked Pakistan."
"What is going on?" Brandon asked.
"It looks like a world war my friends." The Russian answered.
"Mike told me this would happen." Lydia commented. "But I
didn't understand what he was saying." The phone rang and
the Russia answered it, then put the phone down to his
chest.
"It is our President, he is asking to speak with Mike." Lydia
went and got Mike and he came to the phone.
"Hello Mr. President." Mike said. "I wish we were speaking
under better circumstances." Mike then listened to what the
Russian president was saying, and the people in the room
could only hear Mike's side of the conversation. "Well, you
have heard your friend here give you all the details on what
happened to us, and what is going on in the US. All I can say
is, try to avoid an escalation to war. But if you are attacked,
respond in a measured way to save lives on both sides. If
you can delay their invasion into Russia, it will buy you time
for diplomatic talks. But, at all costs defend your people.
America is no longer under a Constitutional government. The
Military has gone rogue and had a coup..... Yes sir.... yes
sir.." The group could hear Mike saying.
"I appreciate that offer sir, but it is not safe for your country
to let us stay here. They are after our space ships and
weapons. To protect you and your nation we have to leave
immediately. Thank you sir. Good bye sir." Mike then handed
the phone to the Russian host.
"Ok folks, we have to leave now." Mike announced. "Things
are accelerating towards critical mass. We cannot stop what
is happening. It has been pre-planned, let’s get to the space
ships." Everyone headed for the door and said their good
byes to the Russian and boarded the space ships. As Mike
was walking towards the barn he stumbled and fell to his
knees. "Jon, Brandon!" Lydia called out. "I need a hand
here!" The men came and helped Mike walk to the space
ship. Once inside Brandon took control of one ship and Jon
took control of the other one. "Where are we going?"
Brandon asked. Lydia then asked Mike. He answered in a
weak voice. "Nibiru, now. Go." Lydia relayed the message
and Brandon then went into action. "Nibiru it is then. Let's go
Jon, follow me." They flew above the country place in Russia
and left earth's atmosphere.

"What was that back on earth?!?" Arleeta said. Everyone
turned and looked at the screens that showed earth.
Brandon stopped the space ship and they all watched as
they saw nuclear explosions going off all over the world, too
many to count.
"What you are witnessing right now is World War 3."
Brandon said. "Nuclear bombs are going off in Europe, Asia,
the Middle East, and America. They finally did it. They
pushed the button and attacked each other." Everyone was
in utter shock, their mouths were open in horror as the
bombs continued to explode, knowing that millions of people
were instantly being incinerated. George spoke up.
"They were set up to do it and they did it. Just like Mike said,
they were not mature enough to handle weapons of mass
destruction. Their greed created their own end. This is the
end of the world as we know it." The women were crying,
everyone was stunned, and speechless. Mike was unconscious.” (unquote)

When I wrote that book, this scene was not part of my original outline for the book. But I felt strongly I needed to write it as it came to me. I even called a friend 1,500 miles away that was highly educated with an English major, and I explained to him that a subject matter had come up in the book that I was very uncomfortable with, but on the other hand I felt it needed to be addressed. He told me to follow my feelings and write what I felt was best.
I have never been a follower of dystopian stories or post nuclear war scenes, or anything in science fiction. I also felt that such topics were simply too negative and nothing more than cynical tangents writers focus on for dramatic and sensational purposes.

But when this story unfolded, I felt like I was watching a future event and I would be irresponsible if I didn’t report what I saw.

The basic premise of the book is the rescue and liberation of people from earth that were kidnapped and taken as slaves to another planet.
