You Can Sink Your Teeth into the Vaccine Liars, by Invitation. Let's Do It!

Tomorrow is a work-free day, Memorial Day. I ask you to spend 10 minutes performing an important service. By government invitation!

A certain part of the US Dept of Education has control over the accreditation of various colleges. It infuriates me that Congress has allowed the ABA (American Bar Association) to determine what goes on in law schools -- to the detriment of the legal system of our dear nation.

The ABA does this by, inter alia, promoting a certain curriculum. The incoming law student has no idea that it's not his professors who have decided what to teach him -- it is some (excuse me) sinister group, whose desire is not the Rule of Law.

But I've learned only lately that the Higher Ed section of the US Dept of Ed also has, in the grip of its tentacles, the supervision of colleges of public health. "The Council on Education for Public Health" is allowed to accredit (or refuse to accredit) any college that teaches public health.

Happily, next month, June 2023, the authority of that Council is up for renewal. Government has officially invited your comments. You can send one sentence, one paragraph, ten volumes, whatever you like -- via your word doc, or a PDF. Also, you may demand to appear at a hearing in Washington DC. Haven't you always wanted to do that?

Below, I will offer two sample letters by me -- a simple, nicey-nice one, and one written in a fit of pique (as is my wont). The hugely qualified Dr Peter McCullough has already filed his letter. Below I show his most recent opinion on covid vaccine, in his Panama lecture. Don't miss it.

Gosh, that tiny address "ed.gov" looks so innocuous, so humble. Forget it! The US Department of Education, which is wholly, totally, completely unconstitutional has -- as you know -- lowered the IQ of the American student and -- as you probably don't know -- played a part in the pandemic.

How so? The medical and paramedical teaching areas of our once-beautiful universities are always worried about accreditation. To belong to an "unaccredited" college is embarrassing, right? And it also means students won't get access to federal funding and other goodtime bennies.

But who are these "accrediting agencies"? What is behind their desire to approve, say, the college library's inclusion of this or that journal? Who are the agency's members? Are they gods? Or, if not gods, who are THEIR gods?

Here's my first letter, the nicey-nice one. You are welcome to copy it in every particular, other than my signature! Note: the deadline for filing, by email, is June 5 -- next Monday, 2023.

Dear Secretary Cardona,

I hereby offer my comment on the renewal of the accrediting authority of the Council on Education for Public Health.

I am responding per the announcement in the Federal Register document number 2023-09362, page 27876-27877 and pursuant to 496(n)(1)(A) of the Higher Education Act (HEA) of 1965, as amended.

I object to a renewal of the authority of that body to control "the accreditation of schools of public health and public health programs outside schools of public health, in the United States."

I want there to be no such federal control, or federal say-so in any area of education. That role clearly and undisputedly belongs to the 50 states, or simply "to the people."

In Article I, sec 8 of the US Constitution, we see an enumeration of the powers that the Framers granted to the national body. Nothing there even remotely suggests participation in matters of education (or of health).

States should have nullified the Higher Education Act of 1965, but they failed to do so. Even now, Congress should repeal the whole Act. Short of that, we the people will have to pick apart the contents of the legislation. Today is a good day to get rid of the obnoxious provision of a federal accrediting agency for colleges of public health.

Quite apart even from the ultra vires reach into education, is the fact that most colleges are private organizations. They can use competition as the way to stimulate excellence and weed out bad practice.

If College A, in Georgia, is running a curriculum of public health that excites interest, they should not be blocked. And aren't there ways for citizens to lodge their disapproval if College B, in Oregon, is teaching bad science at one of its colleges?

Dear Secretary Cardona,

I write to object to the renewal of the accrediting authority of the Council on Education for Public Health. And I demand the opportunity to testify at a hearing on this subject.

In the 1970s I was a master’s degree student at Johns Hopkins University. I took various courses in the School of Public Health and the School of Hygiene. The teachers were fantastic.

I feel sure they worked from their own brain, and did not have any sense of kowtowing to any master. Naturally, they were happy to kowtow if they saw great merit in the work of a particular scientist.

In my particular career, I have joyfully bowed to two brilliant scientists: George Crile (1864-1943) and Edward O Wilson (1929-2021).

The thought of accreditation never occurred to me until this week, when my law colleague William Sumner Scott sent me a plea to get in on the vote concerning renewal of the aforementioned Council's authority to accredit.

This is a joke, right? We have a large percentage of Americans ill, or dying, or dead, from having taken a vaccine. They did not purchase it from a snake-oil salesman. They got it from their doctors. The doctors were supposed to know what a vaccine is. It turns out that the Pfizer shot was not a vaccine. It does not purport to affect the immune system. It is gene-therapy.

As recently as two months ago, I saw a child's birthday party taking place in a restaurant. In the cashier's line, I whispered to one of the dads "Don't get you kid vaccinated." He said, "I'm a physician, of course I have my kid vaccinated."

I was stunned. All he'd have to do is keep track of the published VAERS data, to know how many injuries have been reported from the Covid vax -- millions.

I am sure he wants the best for his sweet child. So why is he doing something stupid? Because he is stupid. Poor fellow. All those years thinking that everything he read in a textbook was valid. Maybe he even swallowed the notion that "the CDC" has a right to dictate a vax schedule for children.

The validity of the smallpox vaccination was decimated by 1898 in the UK. A Royal Commission gathered testimony from doctors which showed the vax to be useless. But as Alfred Russel Wallace noted, the key evidence was omitted on the Final Report (surprise, surprise).

Wallace also said -- relevant to your issue, Mr Cardona:

"But the heads of the medical profession had accepted the operation [inoculation] as of proved value, and the legislature, on their recommendation, endowed a National Vaccine Establishment with about £3,000 a year. Reputations and vested interests were henceforth at stake, and those who adduced evidence of the failure or the dangers of vaccination were treated as fanatics, and have been so treated by the medical world." [Bolding added]

Certainly if there is any field of learning that should be very up-to-date in its understanding of vaccination, it is the public health field. So why did not your Council of Accreditation see to this? Probabky thanks to regulatory capture.

I ask "How did your Council members get chosen? Has any of them ever posed a challenge to Big Pharma?" (If the answer be 'Yes,' I'll eat my hat.)

Sir, we Americans want our Constitution back -- we do not want the government to be owned by Big Business, or by sadists. We also want our universities back -- we want students to experience intellectual thrill. Do NOT renew the power of the "Council" to impede that.

Maybe you are the one and only Cabinet person who can take a patriotic position. Being Puerto Rican makes you special, I note that your fellow Puerto Rican, Justice Sotomayor, was the writer of the important dissent in Bruesewitz v Wyeth. She mocked Scalia's ruling "in holding that the . . . Act pre-empts all design defect claims for injuries stemming from vaccines covered under the Act."

She was referring of course to the utterly foul National Childhood Vaccine Injuries Act of 1985 and the fake "court" that it created.

Ah, on that subject, Mr Secretary, do your council members of Public Health Education have anything to say about teaching the law, and its machinations, to students?

In the video, McCullough makes these points:
1. The spike protein cannot be controlled.
2. The genome has been changed by Pfizer
3. It stays 60 days in the lymph nodes, should be max 48 hours
4. Great harm to children by the vaccine -- it leaves scar on the heart.
5. Only a third of vax injuries and death gets reported to VAERS. ("The vaccine adverse event reporting system"). So the US 17,568 deaths, per CDC, means a half million died.

Dr McCullough does not mind if you take possession of that and incorporate it into your submission. Don't forget, this is your Memorial Day contribution. Speed is of the essence. Last day to submit is June 5, but if we have an unexpected snowstorm that day and the power is out, you'll wish you wrote yours sooner.
