A gobsmacking new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov factually observing: “Moscow did not refuse to negotiate on the situation in Ukraine, but the issue of settlement rests not only on the line of contact...We have never given up on resolving the problems that have arisen as a result of the actions of the United States and its satellites in pumping up Ukraine with weapons to confront Russia”, says in immediate support, Chinese Foreign Minister Qin Gang declared: “China will persistently assist and promote peace talks...We are ready to make a practical contribution into the political resolution of the Ukrainian crisis through contacts and coordination with Russia...China and Russia have been maintaining active contacts at all levels, promoting cooperation in all directions...China is ready to intensify strategic contacts with Russia, to strengthen and deepen cooperation in all areas”.

In response to the United States-directed attack on the life of President Putin, this report notes, Foreign Minister Lavrov warned: “If you believe that just because the United States and Ukraine have denied the allegations, we should jettison what we know, that's not how it works...As for the terrorist attack on the Kremlin and the residence of the head of state, all our assessments were set out...I wouldn't think about the name or the terms here either…It was clearly a hostile act, it is quite clear that the Kiev terrorists could not have committed it behind their masters back...We will respond not by talking about whether it is a casus belli or not, but by concrete actions...We have a lot of patience - there is such a proverb 'Russians take long time to harness,' and so on”—a “casus belli” act of war warning joined by Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov declaring: “In a literal sense, we are ready to use all means at our disposal to prevent anyone from encroaching on the security of the country, on the security of the president and the political leadership...I think that any reasonable person in any country will understand that the United States continues its escalatory policies and uses its subordinates in Kiev, their puppets, to stage and carry out more and more audacious, more and more dangerous acts of provocation”.

A “reasonable person” knowing the apocalyptic consequences of the just issued Russian “casus belli” warning, this report continues, is top Democrat Party presidential candidate Robert Kennedy Jr., who quickly denounced the attempt to assassinate President Putin, and warned the American peoples: “Imagine how we would respond if Russian-backed forces launched a drone strike on the Capitol...We must stop these deranged attempts to escalate the war...After successfully defusing the Cuban Missile Crisis, President John Kennedy warned against ever again forcing Russia to choose between national humiliation and nuclear war…We should heed his advice”.

While knowing that his uncle President John Kennedy and father Senator Robert Kennedy Sr. were both publically executed for attempting to follow President Dwight Eisenhower’s warning to dismantle the military industrial complex, more commonly known as the “Deep State”, this report details, Robert Kennedy Jr. fearlessly posted another warning to the American peoples about these deranged warmongers saying: “Listen here to NATO Supreme Commander General Wesley Clark describe how White House Neocons justified the Iraq invasion”, and factually told them:
