I WOULDN'T GO THERE UNLESS YOU PAID ME ENOUGH TO RETIRE ON VERY COMFORTABLY AFTER TAXES, THEN I WOULD GO FROM ONE BART PLATFORM TO THE OTHER TO GO HOME AGAIN WITHOUT SETTING FOOT OUTSIDE THE GATE!
