My Reply to Edward Kennedy -- and Everyone Like Him

It is a common experience for people to "wake up" and realize that their world is nothing like what they imagined it was, their country is nothing like what they thought it was like, either. The experience is very unsettling, and when people first emerge out of the illusion they have been living in, they are disoriented and confused and often angry, too.
That's normal. In the throes of this disorientation, confusion, and anger we get responses like this list of accusations hurled at us and our Pennsylvania Assembly by Edward Kennedy, in which he accuses us as follows:
(1) Theft of copyrights and intellectual property by denied access to icedrive.net
(2) Objection to indefinite suspension from Assembly without a trial
(3) Return all stolen property locked on icedrive.net
(4) Return all donations from me to the Federation
(5) Request certified financial audit of all Federation Bank accounts
He also threatens us with "commercial liens".
So, as to (1) we don't steal or use copyrights or intellectual property; people who publish their political status do that as their own public act and under their own private copyright; and, we have no legal obligation nor lawful duty to make icedrive.net accessible for unrestricted personal use; (2) No suspensions from Assemblies are "indefinite"; the longest time period that you can be involuntarily suspended is one year; (3) Once a record is published in the Land Recording Office, it becomes a Public Record of your political status which you voluntarily created; if you then want to change your political status, you have to correct the record by publishing a correction to it. It cannot be erased by the LRO and it can only be corrected by you; (4) We have no record of any donations you have made to the Federation; if you have check copies, etc., and feel that you made a mistake by making a donation, we will be happy to send your money back; (5) Our Federation is a separate and private Holding Company that is operating on volunteer labor and donations; we have no obligation to keep public fiscal reports nor any obligation to share account information.
In case this has not dawned on you already, Edward, we are not commercial entities, so it is not possible for you to apply commercial liens to us.
Furthermore, we have already claimed and removed the commercial entities that were named after us and have rolled them and any property assets attached to them into trusts, where they cannot be touched.
So the only satisfaction you may obtain from your commercial lien process is the pleasure of paying the filing fees.
You have spent a great deal of time and energy complaining and claiming that you have been harmed and denied “rights” that you are owed by the local State Assembly.
It’s best for you to take in the view and remember what my Mother told me— “Your rights end where another person’s rights begin.”
In this case, the State Assembly has the right to establish standards of decorum for its business meetings and to discipline any member who is loud, combative, disruptive, threatening or otherwise unpleasant.
You violated those simple standards of civility and were banned from Assembly Meetings for a set period of time as a result. In parental terms, you were given a time out.
This is not the first time this has happened in our Assemblies and it won’t be the last. You were not singled out or subjected to any discipline that has not been applied to others who couldn’t behave themselves.
Since then you have done nothing but continue to display your combative behavior, further proving that the Assembly’s position concerning you is correct.
Don’t imagine that any right you have to be heard overcomes the right of the other members of the Assembly to conduct business.
Instead of threatening and ranting and causing trouble for a group that you wish to be part of you should follow the simple logic of making your own behavior acceptable and making yourself into a valuable contributor.
To have a friend, you first have to be a friend.
To be a welcome and respected member of a State Assembly you have to care about the other members and the purpose of the group— which is to restore the lawful State Government to full function.
Our Assemblies need good solid people who are friendly, calm, deliberate, and determined, people who wish to help their State and country pull itself up and out of the condition we find ourselves in—- and if that does not describe you at this present time, accept the “time out” and use the time to learn and think and become a better man.
We will not be swayed by tantrums or threats or any other kind of immature viciousness. Your own behavior and choices determine your fate—- nobody and nothing else.
I will, however, point out to you that the difficulties you are having fitting into your State Assembly in no way compromises your claim to your birthright political status and your Constitutional Guarantees. Nobody can deny those to you and membership in a State Assembly is not required for you to claim your birthright standing.
You can use the processes and paperwork described as part of Article 928 on my website, and you can record them with any State-of-State land recording office or use the international system provided by the Global Family Group.
Historically, many people simply served Notice of their intention to adopt their State of the Union as their permanent house, home, and place of business and published this intention in the local newspaper once a week for three weeks.
The important part is to record your intention and publish it in a public record so that nobody can presume anything different about you and your chosen political status.
You don’t need the State Assembly. The State Assembly needs you, if and when you begin to comport yourself in a friendly and respectful manner.
If I were you, I’d apologize for being grumpy and ask for another chance; then I would sit down, zip my lips, and listen.
Reading over some of your earlier complaints it also appears that you, Edward, do not understand the Separation of Church and State which has always been a hallmark of our government.
We are not a theocracy and we are not a democracy, either. We are fifty republican states bound together as a Union and as a Federation.
The only theocracy associated with our government in any respect is the Municipal Government of Washington, DC, which is a Municipal Corporation under contract to provide certain enumerated services, such as postal service. This venerable organization is Roman Catholic.
The citizens of this foreign corporation's government are allowed to stay in this country under the provisions of The Residence Act. They have their own chapters called "Municipal District Assemblies" to designate them and set them apart from "District Assemblies" and "State Assemblies".
It seems likely, Edward, given your earlier comments, that you would be happier participating in the local Municipal District Assembly, instead of the State Assembly.
The difference is that "Members of the City" do not have Constitutional Guarantees, cannot actually own land in this country, are responsible for paying war reparations and other debts of the Municipal Corporation, don't participate in our public elections, are obligated to obey all codes, regulations and statutes issued by the Corporation, and basically live as foreigners in our midst. This can be difficult at best.
But, if you are Roman Catholic, and you wish to participate in and support the Municipal Corporation and its theocratic government, there is nothing stopping you. Just go join the Municipal District Assembly instead.
I would, however, observe to you, that the beauty of our government is that it preserves your right to worship and believe as you please along with everyone else. That is, your religious freedom and freedom from religious persecution depends on us.
For that reason, I believe that our non-sectarian government is well worth valuing and supporting.
