“Earthquake Weapon” Explodes Russian Volcano As “Secret Weather Weapon” Unleashed

A classified at the highest level “Of Special Importance” new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today beyond shockingly reveals that Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu announcing on Friday the Pacific Fleet and Russian Air Forces had been placed on “high combat alert” was due to the “преднамеренная активация” (English translation “deliberate activation”) of the Shiveluch Volcano in the Russian Far East on the Kamchatka Peninsula, which erupted on Tuesday morning local time (for the first time in 60 years) throwing a plume of ash up to 12 miles (20 kilometers) into the atmosphere, and shut down flight paths throughout the Northern Hemisphere.

According to the very limited portions of this transcript permitted to be openly discussed among various ministries, the Ministry of Defense (MoD) issued an alert early last week that the High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) weapon (the most powerful ionosphere heater on Earth) located near Gakona-Alaska had been activated—an activation of this weapon confirmed when a HAARP weapon “glowing blue spiral” appeared in the skies over Donnelly Dome near Donnelly-Alaska at 01:50 Alaska Daylight Time (9:50 UT) on 15 April, that’s 110 miles (178 kilometers) from where the HAARP weapon is located.

This transcript notes the “Mysterious Glowing Spiral In The Sky Over Alaska Draws Questions, And A Simple Explanation” claiming: “The spiral appears to be rocket engine exhaust from a SpaceX Transporter-7 mission that launched on the Falcon 9 about three hours earlier in California”—a claim, however, that’s an outright lie, because the MoD documents that the Falcon 9 lifted off from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California on the Transporter-7 mission at 23:48 Pacific Time on 14 April, which would be 00:48 Alaska Daylight Time on 15 April—its upper stage reached orbit a little more than eight minutes later, which would be 23:56 Pacific Time, and 00:56 Alaska Daylight Time—and was a launch impossible to see anywhere in Alaska because the much delayed Transporter 7 mission left California with a trajectory taking it over the South Pacific where all the notice to airman (NOTAM’s) alerts were posted for.

The spiral appears about halfway through the above video at the 09:50 UT mark. Even though you know it's coming, it's still a shock when it zooms through the field of view from the all-sky camera at the University of Alaska’s Poker Flat Research Range.

The claim that the HAARP weapon blue spiral seen in Alaska was caused by Transporter 7 mission is impossible because it went into orbit over the South Pacific Ocean.

This transcript extensively references the classified at the highest level State Duma report on the HAARP weapon released in 2002, none of which is permitted to be revealed, but in its unclassified version warned:

“Under the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP), the U.S. is creating a new integral geophysical weapon that may influence the near-Earth medium with high-frequency radio waves.

The significance of this qualitative leap could be compared to the transition from cold steel to fire arms, or from conventional weapons to nuclear weapons.

This new type of weapons differs from previous types in that the near-Earth medium becomes at once an object of direct influence and its component.

The U.S. is planning to test three facilities of this kind.

One of them is located on the military testing ground in Alaska and its full-scale tests are to begin in early 2003. The second one is in Greenland and the third one in Norway.

When these facilities are launched into space from Norway, Alaska and Greenland, a closed contour will be created with a truly fantastic integral potential for influencing the near-Earth medium.”

In December-2009, as we documented in our report “Attack On Gods ‘Heaven’ Lights Up Norwegian Sky”, the HAARP weapon in Norway was activated, about which like just occurred in Alaska saw it reported: “A blue light seemed to soar up from behind a mountain in the north of the country…It stopped mid-air, then began to move in circles…Within seconds a giant spiral had covered the entire sky…Then a green-blue beam of light shot out from its centre - lasting for ten to 12 minutes before disappearing completely…Onlookers describing it as like a big fireball that went around, with a great light around it and a shooting star that spun around and around”—then a year later, in 2010, it saw the late Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez publically accusing the United States of using its HAARP weapon to cause a massive earthquake in Haiti.

Last April it was reported to little notice: “A fireball that blazed through the skies over Papua New Guinea in 2014 was actually a fast-moving object from another star system, according to a recent memo released by the United States Space Command...The object, a small meteorite measuring just 1.5 feet (0.45 meter) across, slammed into Earth’s atmosphere on 8 January 2014”—but today is most critical to notice because this transcript notes: “A "runaway fireball" that crashed into the water off the coast of Papua New Guinea in 2014 could be an alien probe or extraterrestrial artifact similar to U.S. interstellar probes like NASA's "Voyagers," Harvard professor Dr. Avi Loeb told Fox News Digital”—as to why this transcript notes this event is important because of the strong relationship Russia has with Papua New Guinea that began in the 19^th Century with Russian Imperial explorer Nicholas Miklouho-Maclay—because of this strong relationship, in the months following this possible “alien probe” crashing into the waters off the coast of Papua New Guinea a Russian fleet of warships arrived led by the guided missile cruiser Vuryag, which is the launching platform for the Russian submarine Vityaz, that’s able to reach the deepest part of every ocean on our planet.

Though we don’t know what secret weapons Russia has, or what their true origins of are, when announcing the start of the “Special De-Nazification Operation” to liberate Ukraine, is saw President Putin, who never bluffs, warning: “No matter who tries to stand in our way, they must know that Russia will respond immediately, and the consequences will be such as you have never seen in your entire history…I hope that my words will be heard”—and is warning most critical to remember in light of the just published geopolitical article “Deagel’s Depopulation Premonitions for 2025 Revisited”, wherein it reveals: “Deagel.com (“Deagel”) has self-identified as a guide to military aviation and advanced technologies...Deagel apparently comprises a think tank informed by the CIA, NSA and others inside the beltway...Deagel’s 2025 Forecast must be given serious attention…Russia flowers while Europe is ruined…Deagel signals that Great Britain, i.e., the principal architect of the “Russian desert,” is to be ruined most comprehensively”.
