This would seem like a victory for morals and sanity, but it's not.

A pack of elected servants has just added a layer of legal confusion to the question, when does the constitutionally protected natural right to life begin?

And their hair was perfect.

Florida declares six weeks.

California leans towards birth or a month after if that pack can get away with it.

Other states will declare this or that.

The pack of nine supreme murders declared that each state could put whatever price it chooses on life.

It's a murder fest, soon to be extended well beyond birth by legal fiat.

You are out of carbon credits. You cannot afford more. You have to die.

Your phych eval indicates unsalvageable.

You are unable to produce at a cost effective level.

You intimidated a cop by breathing.

Anything state and federal attorneys and prosecutors can imagine.

More to the point, when there is no definition under law that states exactly _when_ constitutionally protected natural rights _become_ inherent in a body then there are no natural rights legally acknowledged and the body is legally walking dead and cannot be offended.

Murderers free.

Child predators free.

Political prisoners.

Burn neighborhoods freely.

Elected, appointed and hired servants rewarded for forthright treason.

There will be a draft for the wars of profit.

This could be a very long list.

You_cannot_legally_be_offended.

Shit callers steal your life a dozen times a day and you have no recourse. That may seem like a small thing until you remember that your time, above all else, is the thing you should be able to call your own. But it's not yours. It can be legally taken from you. There is no law that declares that you own any time between conception and natural death.

This nation has been shanghaied. The legitimate citizens, the master class, bend oar while the lowest class of citizen, the public servant, plies the whip and sics the dogs of democracy to terrify.

At exactly what age does your constitutionally protected natural right to life begin and end under law?

There are scholarly persons who view this site. I would like to hear their thoughts in a few short paragraphs. I would like to discover that here is a way off of this ship without docking it on the rocks in a storm.
