None of these disasters are natural and that includes the weather...even earthquakes and volcano eruptions. Floods...drought...snow in LA you name it.

* They are talking about the Bond holders in the RV/GCR in Tier 3 who were paid recently. All of them would be under an NDA now so can't speak about it...but if the funds are unlocked in the QFS they can donate if they want to. (assuming they are now liquid)
