Actually extensive testing has been done on the damage it causes to the body,

Look at all the Safety codes done by the governments, like in Canada its called Safety code 6 and it says after 15 minutes of exposure a whole list of things happen from gene expression altering, hemorrhages, cancer, etc, etc the list is extensive same thing with the US safety codes.

Here is a snip from the highly contradictory Saftey code 6 from Canada

What further proves the manufacturers know clearly the damage it can do, if you read the first 2 pages of the phones instruction manual you will see bold capitalized letters saying

"WARNING, DO NOT PLACE TO HEAD OR KEEP ON BODY"

Says it right in the instruction manual of the thing, but hey who reads that..... and it says it at the beginning of the instruction manual, not at the end.

Its why they escape liability, because they will just say you didn't read the instructions before use.
