There are many sources of "free energy", including ones like the "permanent magnet motor" posted by agent SpaceCommando, and many of the others also work, despite what SC said. There is even a "motionless electric generator" patented by physicist Thomas E. Bearden and collaborators (US 6362718).

But I will focus on what Benjamin Fulford has said about hydrogen "as a cheap, non-polluting and virtually limitless fuel". How could that be since by classical physics, electrolysis of water to produce hydrogen consumes more energy than you could efficiently get burning the hydrogen.

But there's a trick, even though I'm not sure it's what Ben is referring to, though it might be because a Japanese automotive start-up that first tried to commercialize this trick. They developed a car that they said would run on water. They were producing hydrogen and oxygen by electrolyzing water, and then recombining the the hydrogen and oxygen in a fuel cell to generate electricity to power the car.

But as I said this process is normally not "over unity" (net energy producing). So how did they make it over unity? Here's the trick": they put ultrasound vibration on the electrodes. Ultrasound causes "cavitation" in the water, which is the formation of tiny vacuum bubbles. It turns out that when these bubbles collapse hypersonically, they extract some energy from quantum-foam virtual particles of "empty" space, which is not empty, but has a huge energy density. (Perhaps you never thought about this, but if space is empty, i.e., nothing, why doesn't it collapse and disappear? What "holds it open"? It is because it is packed with virtual particles in their ground state, or "zero point". It takes a lot effort to extract any of the particles out their ground state to produce usable energy.)

So, back to the cavitation. When the vacuum bubbles collapse, usually they produce a detectable flash of light, from the distressed space-time. But if they collapse on the surface of an electrode, they add the energy to the electrode, assisting in the hydrolysis of the water, so less electical input is required. (In case, you're wondering, it doesn't take much energy to produce the ultrasound.)

So what happened to that Japanese company, developing water powered cars? They just mysteriously disappeared after a couple of years. The same thing happened to a European company a few years later that was planning to do the same thing.

Producing energy over unity can be hazardous to your health. If you get close to anything that looks like it might become commercial, you will get a visit, and be convinced to quietly fade into obscurity. Or worse. Hopefully this will change after the downfall of the [DS] which so many are promising us.
