This stock market "miracle" occurred during the Reagan, Bush 1, and Clinton administrations as America changed into a service economy at the same time that the Fed manipulated interest rates and the money supply as instructed by their globalist overlords. The banksters managed to avoid a depression while neutralizing the brief downturn that took place during the stock market crash of October 1987 and the Savings and Loan Crisis of that era.

Not remotely a coincidence: the period from 1980 to 2000 when the US went from #1 creditor to #1 debtor was also the greatest two decade bull run in the history of American markets.
