To no one’s great surprise, not even the Brunson brothers, the Supreme Court rejected their petition to take up their case. The brothers need to understand just because the Supreme Court Justices has the power and authority to fix something, doesn’t mean they will. They have to look at not only the petition, but in this case, the giant tsunami it would unleash on the executive and legislative branches of our government.
Although the brothers did not directly ask the Court to take Biden out of office until it reached the federal level, a ruling in their favor, if the Court had agreed to take the case, would just about have obligated them to rule in Brunson’s favor, which would have returned the office of presidency to Trump. Why?
The Constitution is pretty clear on why. If there are claims of wrongdoing in the handling of an election, the electors are required to investigate such claims before certifying the election. They didn’t do that. Which means they violated their oath of office, including my much respected Senator. Would that mean a complete reset of the 2020 election? I don’t know.
Think for a moment just what that would mean. I’m no lawyer, but I can read the Constitution. Even I can see what a cluster f**k that would cause. Not only would Biden, his VP and the rest of his administration, including anyone he appointed, be out of a job; any bills he sign along with any E.O.’s would be null and void. In my understanding, Trump would be reinstated. Also, anyone who signed off on the 2020 election and certified it, without investigating claims of election fraud, would be out of office and never able to hold a public office again. Let that sink in. It is public record who signed the certification. How long would it take to process these people out? Who would be in charge of this mess?
They would have violated their oath of office. Were any of them aware of that? Even my Senator, as the longest serving, should have had a clue. What prompted them to certify the election? They aren’t uninformed. If they don’t have the time to listen to the alt. news, which was all over this, you can bet some of their staffers did. I would love to hear their reasoning. It is my understanding that they could never again run for any office requiring an oath as they have violated their present one. How many Congress people would be out of a job? Who would be the president in the interim until this was all ironed out? Would anyone who was elected in 2020 for their position, lose it? Or would this just apply to those who certified the election without investigating? Has something like this happened before? More questions than answers.
I’m not sure I agree with the Brunson’s on this equaling an act of war. I suppose it could be stretched that far. And, if that is the case, does that mean that every fraudulent election where they didn’t investigate complaints before certifying could be overturned? Perhaps not. But just the 2020 election would be like opening a can of vipers, forget the worms. I don’t think even the most conservative justice would have the kahonas to go down that road. But, something tells me that, like a good chess player, the Brunson brothers have looked several moves ahead and are ready to write the next writ. I’m waiting impatiently to hear the Justices reasoning for turning down their case.
I’m also waiting for someone to start impeachment proceedings against Biden for allowing illegals to invade our country, since that is part of his job according to the Constitution. 2 million and counting. It seems like the Libtards hope their ignoring so much of our Constitution, including the treatment of the January 6th demonstrators will justify ignoring other parts of it, like our second amendment, for instance. Don’t hold your breath on that one. Every time the loony left does something outrageous, like signing the UN small arms treaty, the patriotic Americans go out and buy more guns and ammo.
The presidential oath includes preserving, protecting and defending the Constitution of the United States. Don’t tell me some enterprising attorney couldn’t make a case for impeachment, if not outright treason on a president for violating that oath.
