by Mary Maxwell, PhD, LLB

Yesterday, February 17, 2013, I saw a video on YouTube that announced a crisis in NH. One of the speakers was Mike Gill, a businessman who ran for governor of New Hampshire six years ago and who served prison time for contempt of court for insulting a judge. He claims to have been offered $50 million, in a signed contract, if he will just keep mum anything he recently discovered about the criminality of prominent persons.

I have not checked the bona fides of Mike Gill, not even for those 3 "facts" I just mentioned -- his candidacy, his prison time, or his being offered $50 mil. So normally I would not proceed to comment on it. However, the narrator of the video, Brendon O'Connell, said three things that interest me, and on which I can express a general opinion. He alleged:

1. crimes have been committed by three top office holders in NH -- the governor, the state attorney general, and one of NH's two US Senators. 2. a drug rehab center in NH is dealing in drugs. 3. the courts protect criminals. He also said that drug trafficking and child-sex trafficking are related to money-laundering. Naturally, I can give a general opinion on what we should do IF such claims get substantiated.

If our NH governor, Chris Sununu, and his attorney general have behaved criminally, then of course we'd have a bigger problem in front of us than a mere law problem -- we'd have a crisis of authority. But I like to start by fetching the relevant law. First, I'll state the legal way to remove a US Senator and then how to remove from office any elected or appointed person in the NH government.

US Senators and Reps are not impeachable. But according to Article I, section 5 of the US Constitution "Each House may, with the Concurrence of two-thirds, expel a member." That's actually easier than an impeachment; it can take less than an hour, tho' it hardly ever happens.

Also, the person can resign voluntarily -- natch. And the public can pressure the person to step down. You may say "and the police can arrest the person for crime," well, yes, but that would not end a Congressperson's holding of office. He or she can work from prison, so to speak. (Note: I think the Gill accusation at a NH senator may actually be at that lady's husband, in which case no worries for her.)

As for the removal of the State's attorney general, that can be done by the governor saying "Bye-bye, you're out" -- since the AG was never elected; he/she is appointed by the Governor. As for the removal of His Excellency himself, or other officer of the state, it's at Article 38 of the New Hampshire Constitution. The removal from office is done by the legislature's lower house impeaching him and the Senate trying him.

Guv may appear and defend himself at the Senate trial if he so wishes. The misdeeds for which a NH governor may be impeached are: bribery corruption, malpractice, or maladministration. And what about him/her, or any officer, being arrested for ordinary crimes? That can always proceed, of course. It is not impaired by a person's position. In the US no one is above the law. (In the UK, Charles III is above the law -- traditionally, "the king can do no wrong.")

Can We Believe Brendon O'Connell?

Now, returning for a moment to the Mike Gill video. Host Brendon O'Connell lists many things that were uncovered by himself, not by Mike. Among the people that make Brendon angry are Roger Stone, General Jim Jones (and son Jim Jr), Jared Kushner, Richard Webb, the dad of Whitney Webb, Jean Claude Andre, and the Most Naughty Tot, Ron DeSantis.

I am displeased with Brendon for showing a collage of 5 portraits and saying "Burn this into your brain." No, don't. You will be burning into your brain that these men were photo'd together one day and that's not true. The five, photo'd separately, are: Marine General Al Gray, George Soros, Henry Kissinger, Jim Jones (no relation to Jonestown if you remember the original Kool-aid), and the late Robert Steele, whom Brendon refers to as an idiot.

Steele was openly CIA and teamed up with several rescuers of stolen children. In Australia we appreciated his giving Rachel Vaughan a chance to tell her story. (See an article about her at GumshoeNews.com, October 25, 2020.) Granted, Steele said a stupid thing one time, that kids were being trafficked to Mars -- as in the planet Mars! But Steele was no idiot, and he did a good job uploading a sober account entitled "Memo to POTUS: Sandy Hook Truth." I quoted it at length in my 2022 book "Unreality: Sandy Hook Messes Minds."

That said, O'Connell has properly supported Mike Gill who has been whistleblowing for years and now has good reason to expect a bullet, a drone, or whatever. Maybe a suppository. The theme of Mike's report is that NH is a Mecca for drug trafficking including at a drug rehab center and pharmacies. I reside right here in NH's capital city and am not aware of such things.

I totally agree, however, that the courts are the problem, everywhere. If criminals in high places can count on impunity at the bench, horrible things can flourish. This is the story I rant about in my books "Keep the Republic, Kill the Takeover," and "Fraud Upon the Court." If they bump Mike Gill off, they'll have to contend with me next. I've 'ad it up to 'ere.

New Hampshire's Marvelous, Rational Bill of Rights

As I said, I'm unable, at the moment, to pin any crimes on anyone here, but I'd be pleased to think that the Granite State would be the one to break the decades-long impasse of impunity. We have a state constitution, written in 1784, three years before that hot Madisonian summer in Philadelphia. Its unique feature is that it gives max authority to me and thee. It even says -- and I quote -- The doctrine of nonresistance against arbitrary power and oppression is absurd. Holy cow!

Let me show you some of my faves from the state's Bill of Rights. This Bill appears at the front of, not the back of, the NH Constitution. I downloaded it from, where else? NH.gov. Behold:

Part First, Bill of Rights, June 2, 1784

[Article] 8. All power residing originally in, and being derived from, the people, all the magistrates and officers of government are their substitutes and agents, and at all times accountable to them. ... [A]ny individual taxpayer ...shall have standing to petition the Superior Court to declare whether the State ... has ... spent public funds in violation of a law.... [Bewdy!]

10. Government being instituted for the common benefit, protection, and security, of the whole community, and not for the private interest or emolument of any one man, family, or class of men; therefore, whenever the ends of government are perverted, and public liberty manifestly endangered, and all other means of redress are ineffectual [as they so monotonously are], the people may ... reform the old, or establish a new government. The doctrine of nonresistance against arbitrary power, and oppression, is absurd....

32. The People have a right, in an orderly and peaceable manner, to assemble and consult upon the common good [and] give instructions to their Representatives. [Not beggings, instructions.]

34. No person can, in any case, be subjected to law martial, or to any pains or penalties by virtue of that law.... [Whew -- and we were all so scared -- for nothing!]

35. It is essential to the preservation of the rights of every [person] that there be an impartial interpretation of the laws, and administration of justice. It is the right of every citizen to be tried by judges as impartial as the lot of humanity will admit. ... [I suppose we don't know how impartial the lot of humanity will admit, but if you read the dissents in some SCOTUS cases, you can get an idea.]

38. A frequent recurrence to ... to justice ... and all the social virtues, are indispensably necessary... [T]he people ought, therefore, to have ... regard to all those principles in the choice of their ... representatives [Whew, this could upend all campaign strategies], and they have a right to require of their lawgivers and magistrates, an exact and constant observance of them, in the formation and execution of the laws.... [Think about it.]

By the way, we find in Part Second of the Granite constitution, a very clear Article 41:
"The executive power of the state is vested in the governor. The governor shall be responsible for the faithful execution of the laws."

Adjournment

I adjourn this report on Mike Gill, as I do not yet have enough material. In an interview with Epoch Times, Gill showed the signatures of many corporations' lawyers who had proffered to him a richly rewarding non-disclosure agreement. The first company he mentioned was Liberty, owner of Liberty Mutual Insurance.

Makes you wonder how many definitions there are for the word "liberty." These days you don't have much liberty if you have to pay strict attention to the candy your kid eats to ascertain that it is fentanyl-free. Ah, I remember the days when no Mom in America had to be concerned in that way.

Note: I haven't given sufficient credit to Brendon Lee O'Connell for his effort to piece together dozens of leads. He is trying as hard as is yumanly possible. The offending video is here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iqrKEuqGbUU&t=3013s

I end with this picture, as found in that video. I can't quarrel with the photo, as the four men were in touching distance -- indeed they were touching. Jim, Rupe, Hank, and Fred, the quartet that has already ruined your life or is hoping to do so.

Don't let 'em.

--Mary Maxwell was a candidate for Congress in New Hampshire last year. Her website is www.ConstitutionAndTruth.com, wouldn't you know it. A link below will take you to an article she wrote that points a finger at Al Gray (of Kay Griggs fame).
