Covid Death Jab Survivor Predicted HAARP Earthquake Weapon Strike On Turkey

A gobsmacking new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin expressed condolences and offered support to his Turkish and Syrian counterparts, after a powerful earthquake caused devastation in both nations on Monday morning, says shortly afterwards it was reported: “Turkey was hit by another powerful earthquake on Monday afternoon...The second, with a magnitude of 5.8, had an epicenter 55 kilometers northwest of the city of Adiyaman in southeastern Turkey...An official from Turkey’s Disaster and Emergency Management Authority clarified that the 7.5 earthquake was “not an aftershock” but a separate quake”.

With the socialist Western colonial powers enraged at NATO’s second largest military power Turkey over its maintaining friendly relations and normal business ties with Russia, this report notes, it was no surprise that one of the top news article in Turkey yesterday was “Why Is The US Threat Card No Longer Valid?”, wherein it stated: “The foreign policy of the United States, which marked the last century, has been losing momentum in recent years…The biggest proof to support this thesis is that Washington, which prides itself on its soft power at every opportunity, now has only one card left: "Threat language"”—but today sees it being reported: “On Monday morning, a powerful earthquake struck in southern Turkey, causing significant destruction across the country and in neighboring Syria...Over a thousand people were reported killed, as buildings collapsed and infrastructure was damaged on both sides of the border”—today it’s also being reported: “The powerful earthquake that struck southern Turkey on Monday morning has damaged a natural gas pipeline in the region, state energy company BOTAS has confirmed...Videos circulating online show massive plumes of flame erupting into the air”—and it is now being warned that death toll could exceed 10,000.

A little over a fortnight ago, on 20 January, this report continues, the peoples of Turkey were stunned after a mysterious cloud formation appeared in the sky—and was a mysterious cloud formation that was followed by the Netherlands government funded research institute Solar System Geometry Survey (SSGEOS) posting the warning message: “Larger seismic activity may occur from 4 to 6 February, most likely up to mid or high 6 magnitude…There is a slight possibility of a larger seismic event around 4 February” and the warning video “Planetary/Seismic Update 2 February 2023”.

According to information provided to Security Council Members by the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR), this report details, NOS is the largest news organization of the Netherlands, that on Saturday, 4 February, was descended upon by thousands of protesters who plastered the names of their loved ones that died after receiving experimental Covid jabs on the windows and doors of this news organization—a massive protest put under immediate investigation by Netherlands top spy agency General Intelligence and Security Service (AIVD), but whose main focus centered on top SSGEOS researcher Frank Hoogerbeets, who, on Friday, 3 February, just prior to going to NOS to post the name of his loved one that received a Covid death jab, posted the warning message: “Sooner or later there will be a ~M 7.5 #earthquake in this region (South-Central Turkey, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon)”—and was a warning message followed by catastrophic earthquakes striking this exact region.

The pre-warning posted by SSGEOS researcher Frank Hoogerbeets barely 48-hours prior to Turkey being struck by devastating earthquakes, this report concludes, strongly suggests he had prior knowledge that the socialist Biden Regime was preparing to strike Turkey with the HAARP earthquake weapon that the late Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez accused the socialist Obama-Biden regime of using against Haiti in 2010—a HAARP earthquake weapon the Obama-Biden shut down in 2014, but Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden reactivated in January-2021—and in the unclassified final document of findings and determinations released by the State Duma in 2002, saw it warning:

Under the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP), the U.S. is creating a new integral geophysical weapon that may influence the near-Earth medium with high-frequency radio waves.

The significance of this qualitative leap could be compared to the transition from cold steel to fire arms, or from conventional weapons to nuclear weapons.

This new type of weapons differs from previous types in that the near-Earth medium becomes at once an object of direct influence and its component.

The U.S. is planning to test three facilities of this kind.

One of them is located on the military testing ground in Alaska and its full-scale tests are to begin in early 2003. The second one is in Greenland and the third one in Norway.

When these facilities are launched into space from Norway, Alaska and Greenland, a closed contour will be created with a truly fantastic integral potential for influencing the near-Earth medium.
